Skinty, just give yourself one little job and chill for the day. I have so much to do but will just paint one fence as it will all still be there next week. The sun is out now and it is warm by me.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220

Yay, keep a note of them so you know what to get again. Good walking shoes are hard to find.

It’s very dark this morning. Have just fed the dog.DS & gf found a flea on the her last night in their bed just before midnight. How on earth she has fleas when I treated her with ad vocate 3 weeks ago & she wears a flea & tick collar !?! (Mainly for ticks).Anyway I treated her again last night. Today will be operation clean up ! DS & gf will boil wash their bedding & hoover their room. Puppy dog isn’t allowed in my bedroom, however I will still hoover my room and wash my bedding just in case any little blighters have hopped in.Anyone know a good, reasonably priced flea spray for the house / carpets that is safe for dogs ?0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Hey Skinty
Urgh! The dreaded flea find (shudder)... Hate it if that happens... Weird you should ask that, got Indorex household spray £8.99, cheaper than vets, from an on-line site (Vetuk) delivered after a couple of days and I find it's the only one that really does what it says - lasts a year and I am about to do mine, as, when the cold season comes, and heating is on again, that's when lurking critters can hitch a ride and settle into your soft furnishings, the bar-stewards....
Over the counter stuff in pet shops just does naff all, but, that stuff not only kills fleas, also dust mites, and stops eggs/larvae from developing. Use it every year...."...when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains however improbable, must be the truth..."

Potentially PD picked it up from a playmate. Spray, vac and wash is all you can do. Potentially you could brush her through with a nit comb too.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1

Had a lovely sunny walk this morning. Played football with the dog on the field then bumped into a friend with her dog so we walked on together.Home & scrubbed patio with zoflora to get rid of nasty whiffs.
By 10am I was hungry so ordered a McD breakfast delivered with 30% off using MSE code that ended today. Then had a snooze 😴
The recent rain has turned the lawn green so I cut the grass this afternoon. DS & his gf hoovered & then took puppy dog to the forest so I sprayed the house with flea spray. Hopefully with that & puppy dog flea treatment will have got all the little blighters.Had chilli & rice for dinner.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Hey Skinty
I may be vegan, but, I can't stretch to loving fleas.... Hoping that there was just that one sneaking a ride on the pup, and it is now a goner...

Feeling very tired today. Walked puppy dog on the wet field this morning in my new “Waterproof” shoes & the toes of the sock on my right foot were wet when I got back 😕 Not waterproof then!
Had porridge & banana for breakfast, 30g nuts mid morning, jacket potato with tuna & salad for lunch. Just had a hot chocolate Options 40cal and having gammon for tea from freezer with roasted potatoes, broccoli & cauli cheese. Bit carb heavy but feel like I need it today.
