Thanks SW. walk was lovely. A little sun appearing & cool. It clouded over & started raining after we got back.I made a bit of a change to lunch. Chicken,1 pepper, 2 small courgettes, 1/3 tin sweetcorn & 1/3 tin kidney beans in fajitas seasoning. Took a wrap out of the freezer & put it on top of the slow cooker which defrosted & warmed it 😊 Yum 😋 1 portion left for freezer. Having melon for pud.I have added more kidney beans / mixed beans to my shopping list as they count towards your 5 a day and are good for bulking out meals & cheaper than meat.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Congratulations on the weightloss 😊
Today's meal plans look good. I find little meals / snacks more satisfying than just 3 meals a day.
Have a look at dried / tinned lentils / legumes as a bulking agent too, often then pound type shops have good deals and a bigger tin range.
Enjoy your evening!Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -
Two pounds off is impressive! I think one of them might have landed on me though! It sounds like you have a healthy menu well organised..."...when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains however improbable, must be the truth..."

Back to work today. Weather was grey & cool this morning but the sun was trying to get out as I walked the dog. Walked the paths through the fields. Cue black skies & rumbling thunder 😳 so we set off home a little earlier than planned. Didn’t fancy getting struck by lightning! Thankfully the storm wasn’t too bad and it didn’t rain until after we got home.Work seemed to pass quickly and I have tomorrow off. 🤗 The sun was out by lunchtime & so I washed towels which line dried.
Bought some new underwear online which I’ve been meaning to do for ages. 10 pairs of undies & new bra £26.95 including delivery. I will use the annual bills money which includes clothes.Managed to resist a takeaway tonight by using a batch cooked meal from the freezer for a quick meal. The🤴 of burgers was doing halloumi burger with free delivery, I was so tempted 😈 Added halloumi to my shopping list. 😁I am off work tomorrow and have cancelled the rest of the weeks leave. I am meeting a friend for a 50% off lunch. 😊 I will go to lidl in the morning for my weekly shop & use my £5 off voucher. There is a cheap card shop nearby so I will also get a card for my b-in-laws birthday next week & more stamps using birthday/ Xmas fund.Food today
B- porridge & banana
S - slice of cooked beef. Tinned peaches
L- home made veg soup. Southern fried Chicken & salad wrap with a little sweet chilli sauce

Nice dog walk this morning. Went to lidl & used my £5 off voucher on the app. Was shocked how much my shopping cost, was mostly fruit & veg, joint of pork to make pulled pork in the slow cooker £3.50 & nuts. Before discount £36! After £31.It was the nuts that pushed me over budget £2.99, £1.99, £1.59 😱 I should have looked more closely at the prices! They should last several weeks. Pulled pork will make at least 4 meals. Also bought some mixed beans & chickpeas. Will make some sort of pork & bean tomato stew & bulk out chilli & curry with the chickpeas. It was raining after I left lidl but the sun has come out this afternoon. Went out to lunch. Was lovely to catch up with a friend I haven’t seen since January. Nice meal but my dessert was frozen in the middle 😕 I sent it back & they left me waiting for ages then when I asked what was going on they brought the menu over & asked if I wanted something else. Decided not to bother & wasnt charged for the 2 mouthfuls I ate. Meal & drink £7.49 😁0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Yikes, that's a lot for shopping at L1D1. Nuts are so expensive lately.
How frustrating about your pudding, hopefully it didn't spoil your catch up. I trust you have arranged another meeting ☺️Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
@Skint_yet_Again I think that constitutes as money saving - fed and watered for a cut price and saving on calories too!1
