Back to a normal summer today, pouring rain & windy. Waterproofs & wellies were on for dog walk this morning ☔️ Not many other people around, maybe only me daft enough 😆

Pork joint cooked in slow cooker today. Was a bit disappointed there was so much fat on it even after I removed the crackling before cooking. I cut most of it off & it was cooked by lunch time. I had a pork & Apple sauce roll 😋 The rest has been shredded & 2 portions bagged in the freezer for dinners. The rest has been added to a veg & bean stew. Courgettes, peppers, onions, Garlic, few soft fresh plum tomatoes chopped & added with some chopped up baby corn & jar of tomato sauce & same amount of water. 1/2 tin mixed beans, 1/2 tin kidney beans, 1/2 tin chick peas. Heaped tablespoon of paprika & teaspoon of sweet chilli sauce to add a little sweetness. Yum 😋

It still sounds yum. The rain has been pretty horrid today by me well done you for walking I had a lift to work as I didn't fancy a swim.lol

what you have done with the pork sounds delicious. Yep, rain here although not so much wind.

May have over eaten today. 🤦‍♀️ I’m putting it down to the bad weather 😉

B - 2 weet bix & strawberries 
S - 30g pecans & banana 
L - pork roll with smidge of Apple sauce, side of cottage cheese & cucumber 

S - Peach yoghurt. I got fat free/ no added sugar yoghurts in Lidl - only natural sugar from peaches so not sugar free but much lower sugar than all the other flavoured ones
D - pork & bean stew. 2 slices pineapple for pud. 

Have another 4 portions of the paprika pork With Tomato & bean stew in the freezer 😊

Well I think your food was great. Overeating is when you eat cake, crisps and choc's so this is v healthy.

Doggy owners do need to be prepared for all weathers.

Totally fell off the healthy eating bandwagon today 🤦‍♀️ Least said the better. Back on track tomorrow. 

Posted cheque from DF (for buying his dishwasher online for him) to the bank. Unfortunately my bank does not have the facility to scan via online banking. 

Am currently watching a hoarding programme to give me the incentive to do some sorting & clearing at the weekend 😆

Blowing a gale here but still warm & dry. Winds up to 50mph according to the forecast 😬 

Have been up on the park field playing football with the dog. We have a bright orange squeaky ball, a bit larger than a tennis ball. I can kick further than I can throw ☺️ My legs work ok & my feet are healed, it’s my back, neck & arms that cause all the trouble! 

Sardines in tomato sauce mashed on toast for breakfast, a childhood favourite always brings back fond memories of home. 😊

Falling off the food wagon is ok, once a week.
That's a bit of a breeze.
Playing football is fine, I'm sure PD enjoys it 🤗
Happy memories are needed and make the rest of the day more enjoyable when starting with a positive.

Just been out to have a stretch & a bit of fresh air after finishing work. Took puppy dog with me for a plod round the pond. Very windy certainly blew the cobwebs away, but the sun is out so it’s quite pleasant. 

Food today 
B - mashed sardines in tomato sauce on 50/50 bread

S - banana & 30g almonds
L - pulled pork with Moroccan couscous, rocket, chopped plum tomatoes, peppers & courgettes & cottage cheese 
D - peri peri chicken, roasted veg 
Peach yoghurt for pud 😋
