Phone consultation but not sure that will help. Could go to local minor injuries unit. Think I will see how it is after the weekend.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

It wouldn't help, as they need to touch and assess, see what restrictions you have, what you can do etc. Unless they will ask you to do things and wait for the scream when they call.

Picked up meds today. The pharmacist looked at my legs and said I needed to see a doctor. So I phoned GP surgery again and the receptionist said the Dr would phone me within the hour to decide if i needed to be seen! Phone call from Dr at 4pm and she was basically asking me to describe my legs & examine the muscle etc 🙄 then said I needed to be seen for examination for a DVT 😵. Anyway been to see Dr, legs have been examined, not a DVT but more painkillers & gel to use. So at least I know what to do now and know I am not causing further damage.DS’s gf took puppy dog for a run around the forest today. I am missing our walks with all this sitting around. Hopefully another week and I will be able to do short walks to the pond.I haven’t done any budget or online banking this month and I have not been keeping track of my spending 😲. I must sort that out this weekend.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

The extra painkillers are certainly helping! 😊
I know there is extra money in the budget this month as it’s a council tax free month but I have spent over £10 in the canteen this week on sandwiches, crisps & chocolate 😳 I need to move some money into various savings pots.
Earlier today I took £10 out of the cashpoint in case I needed to get taxis to the hospital to be seen in the minor injuries unit. Parking there is a nightmare. As I managed to get seen by my GP I will put that money aside as part of my entertainment budget for my next meal out later this month. I do not want to waste it on chocolate & crisps!0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Managed work better with extra pain meds. Parked by the entrance to aldi and got some shopping. It’s only a small store and I know where everything is so wasn’t in there long. I leaned on the trolley ! I put some stuff back as I knew I couldn’t carry it. I couldn’t push the trolley to my car and return it back to the store front and then walk back to my car again. I have to be careful every time I go shopping due to my back & neck problems but not usually as bad as with 2 painful legs as well! Pain meds were wearing off at this point so I was glad to get home and take more. Have slept for last 2 hours. 😴
There were toilet rolls in Aldi but we didn’t need any, but there was no handwash. We are running out in the kitchen & bathroom so will need to try & get some next week. Otherwise we can use washing up liquid. So, I spent £23.10 which included porridge, bacon/cheese/ready made pastry for turnovers to avoid buying in the work canteen, plus mince & chicken fillets for main meals. I got peppers, courgettes & tinned toms & will make a batch of chilli. Got some fruit, rice, noodles & juice. Should be enough for a week.I am going up north again at the end of the month. Thankfully it’s fairly pain free to drive. I need to sit and sort my money tomorrow.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Well done on nice food and managing to buy it. The impression I have from my students is that all the food has run out? I don't know if it is true. I will hear from my mum in when she comes back. Im glad you are going up north again soon. Im trying not to spend anything it is easy to snack at work. It is quite difficult but we gotta keep at it. lol. Have a restful weekend and take it easy I hope you recover quickly.Aiming for a minimal spend 20221

Have had a very lazy day today. Unloaded / reloaded dishwasher & washed work clothes which line dried.I made cheese & bacon turnovers for work next week using the ready made puff pastry. Ate one for late breakfast & other 5 into freezer. Tonight I made a batch of chilli with 1 portion for dinner and 3 into freezer. Yesterday I bought enough food for a week. After watching tv most of the day and seeing the news I am feeling panicked that is not enough. I can understand why people are panic buying. If it wasn’t for my legs being so painful I think I would be joining them 😳0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗
