Managed to hobble on the common yesterday with puppy dog. Didn’t walk far but it was deserted & puppy dog had a lovely run around 😊
I managed most of my to-do list yesterday except change lightbulb at top of stairs which will carry forward to today. I am wiping surfaces & handles / taps daily and spraying the shower / bath daily with a solution of bleach & water in an old spray bottle. Just DS going out to work now & 2 vulnerables in the house.Yesterday I transferred another £300 into my long term/ retirement fund. 😊
Plans for today
- wipe surfaces
- spray shower with bleach
- Walk puppy dog
- Scrub patio with some disinfectant. It hasn’t been done for weeks since I hurt my legs it’s just had a spray down with the hose.- maybe a bit of gardening depending on the weather. Some of the larger plants need cutting back & roses need pruning.Food plans today
breakfast - cheese & bacon turnover made at the weekend took out of freezer last night
lunch - homemade soup & crackers
dinner - savoury mince, jacket potato & broccoli0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

I do hope you are not planning to do all your to do list today, save some for tomorrow as you cannot have too much excitement in a day!
Don't forget to rest up and watch a movie or two.
I'm glad you managed to get out with puppy dog, it would have done you both a world of good.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -

I'm sure you do have enough to keep you occupied, just use the time to also rest up and see what improvement you haveMortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0

Lol atrixa the current situation does make me a bit paranoid.Ok so plans changed today as it’s been raining most of the day. I put washing away, hoovered hall stairs & landing and living room. Just a quick going over with my cordless vax. I made a pot of soup for lunch & there is enough left for lunch tomorrow. I wiped surfaces / handles and mopped bathroom floor.DS’s gf was out with the dog for 3 hours. She had to work from home this afternoon so I rested with my foot up & watched a film / snoozed this afternoon 😁
My foot/ankle was seizing up with all the resting so I walked the dog a short distance to the end of our road onto the park & back about 5.30pm.It could be very easy for me to lay around watching tv while waiting for work to sort out my equipment so I am going to make myself a list daily to stay active. Otherwise I could quite easily become a couch potato with 12 weeks of “social distancing” !0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

I have managed to get the lightbulb down from the top of the stairs on my little set of steps & typical we haven’t got any new bayonet light bulbs in my stash. So I will have to get DS to get one hopefully they are not sold out too !I didn’t get around to putting slow cooker on as I decided to use up some chilli left in my freezer. I will make stew tomorrow.Water bill & tv licence arrived. Bills so far:
council tax up from £148 to £154
tv licence up from £12.37 to £13.20 6 months then £12.83 for 6 months
union fee up £8.54 to £8.66
EE mobile bill up 2.2% haven’t worked out how much this is
However good news:
mortgage down from £227.41 to £221.65
water bill down to £28.36 from £34.65! To make amends for them failing in the management & reporting of compliance at wastewater treatment works!!
Hopefully the savings will cancel out the increases 😊0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Well done on clearing your home tasks and for getting some fresh air.
Your savings to appear to give you an extra few pence each month, which is highly unusual when bills go up!Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
Yes I think the cut in interest rates & the water company being forced to reduce bills (OFWAT?) will be more than the increases 👍🏻Am now sat with my feet up for the rest of the afternoon 😊0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗
