'MyParkingCharge' will be linked to Excel or VCS, never seen any linkage to UKPC.
I'm not convinced you've fully got the hang of all this, so please read some more threads using 'MyParkingCharge' as your search term, then hop off this thread (it belongs to someone else), then start your own, where you will get bespoke advice about your ticket without the risk of confusing your issue with that of the original poster.HOW TO USE THE FORUM SEARCH FUNCTION:
Use the Forum Jump button (one near the top and one near bottom of this page) to get back to the forum thread list. Just above the threads, on the right, is a heading along a line, next to forum tools, called 'Search this Forum'. Put your key word(s) in and change the default search from 'Show Threads' to 'Show Posts'.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I have received a letter from my parking charge.
It is a “Final Reminder” for an incident on 30th September.
My car was parked in a private car park at a sports venue in an area for emergency vehicles as there were no empty blue badge spaces left.
This has been usual practice when the car park is full for years.
There was a red ticket on the windscreen which stated it is not a PCN.
After reading posts on myparkingcharge threads I did not respond to the notice.
I have not received a notice to keeper (they say they sent this on 15/11/18).
They say that the cost is now £100 and there is no appeal.
Do I pay this or wait for a court summons?
People are still using blue badge spaces with no badges but, the venue or myparkingcharge do not seem to chase this up.0 -

Hi, I received a red note today "MyParkingCharge.co.uk" on my car: I was at the train station and there carpark was full and I was in a big rush to get to the hospital to have my medication through a drip, so parked in a safe place that wasn't on double yellows (or any of the other no parking lines), it wasn't in the way and didn't inconvenience anyone.
When i got back, I had a red note on my windscreen saying:
!Attention! Document Enclosed
This is not a parking charge notice
Warning
only the person in charge of this vehicle is authorised to remove this document
Date and Time not filled in
The car park operator has reason to believe that this vehicle is parked in contravention of the advertised terms & conditions. As a result a parking charge notice may be issued to the registered keeper through the post.
I CAN'T SEE ANY COMPANY NAME OTHER THAN MYPARKINGCHARGE.CO.UK
I DOES SAY "in the event that the responsible party does not come forward and identify themselves or pay any liable charge in the next 5 (five) days, the operator may request the vehicle's keeper details from the DVLA.0 -
I received a letter parking charge notice from excel parking including a photo of the car I returned to the auto dealer on 12th February 2019 as I had bought a new car.
The parking fine was issued in Leicester and I was at home in Glasgow on the date of the fine -1st March 2019.
I have not received confirmation form DVLA re transfer of vehicle which I signed on 12th February 2019 and I suspect this company got the owner details form DVLA
While I realise I am not liable for this fine - and the new keeper of the vehicle is, do I need to pay this given the DVLA have not updated the records to show I am no longer the owner of the vehicle?
Any advice would be helpful. Thank you0 -
