    Hi Guys
Sorry but I haven't been around all week, so busy with work and Uni. I hope all are well, well done to losers and maintainers, keep going to the rest of you. I am happy to report a 1.5lb loss this week taking me to 15lbs.

as soon as I really get into a low fat diet my nails (which are pretty awful at the best of times) start flaking and splitting

Is it possible that calcium is lacking in your diet.

Semi-skimmed milk does not contain much fat (I can't stand skimmed it's too watery).
You should be able to have about 3/4 pint and still stay on your diet.

Another alternative is to buy tablets with calcium in but shouldn't be necessary if you are eating a healthy diet.

    Just wondering.
Has anyone tried the Paul Mckenna system?

I have lost 2.5 stone (hurrah!!) but I'm really struggling to lose the last 0.5 stone, mostly due to eating and drinking whilst socialising.

They seem to have good reviews but was just wondering whether anyone else here had had success with it.
