*sigh* not a good start this week - after a loss last week I gained a pound and a half back on - roll on being in the new house and being able to get back on track both money wise AND weight wise!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Morning Peeps. Am I the only one to think 'What a happy and friendly looking fish!' ?... Oh well, it must be me :rotfl: :rotfl: but I shall make him my avatar for the week :rotfl: :rotfl: ...
May I stroke your very cute pet fish please.
Hope you feel better soon delly. Don't do too much too soon. I had an appendectomy many moons ago and I know how uncomfortable abdominal surgery is. Don't laugh!! Ouch.
Scales aren't looking good for a weight loss this week. 1 more day to go though. Will try and drink loads of water. I don't like maintaining 2 weeks in a row, but still better than a gain.
bbI try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

I believe the suffering individual may be saversarn
Hope you both get well soonoops! sorry saversarn and serendis - put it down to the drugs!. Thanks for the advice bb - I've already had a few incidents where it's been too sore to laugh - but you just can't help it. (like trying not to laugh in class at school or church - virtually impossible).
I've done a self WI this morning - and I'm shocked - reckon I've put on quite a few lbs. I'd have thought I'd have lost a lb or two, but I guess it must be fluid retention or the drugs or something so, nothing official for the chart this week efrieze. I'll see about going back to WW for a WI maybe next week or the week after.
I'm totally bored. Not allowed to do any housework for 6 weeks and there's not much else to do at home and I'm too tired to go shopping (also too skint!). At this rate, I'd be better off back at work. Think I might kick my OH out of bed and go back for a sleep myself. (yes, I know it's 12.10 he's still in bed - what can I say!).Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0 -
Hi everyone!
Petrichor, I'm loving the fish, he looks very smiley happy to me too [note to self: must remember not to use cute fish for wet slapping any naughty people round the face this week].
Delly, ouch sounds painful, hope you feel better soon. Try to concentrate on getting well first, the weight loss can wait if need be. Big hug to you.
Serendisglair, phew that was close, good job you checked! Can't have people stealing your vitalorgans, even if it is a lovely WL buddy!
BB, hope the scales show you a more positive result tomorrow but if not a maintain is still good going hun.
Congratualtions Newlywed, almost there! Bet that feels good!
Dragon, how long til you're in your new place? Being settled will definitely make things a lot easier, just bear with it in the meantime and don't be too hard on yourself.
Take care everyone and have a healthy happy day xThe 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

...Brightonbelle and Bails I'm pleased that you both you like Alphonse, he is rather cute isn't he? I like his quirky little grin and how is head is tipped at a somewhat, teasingly jaunty angle...

Glad to hear Delly is doing well, hope you aren't feeling pressured about your swap box - if you are struggling to make it pm me - I'm sure the rest of the bods on here won't mind if we move the opening date back a bit.0

Afternoon lovely peeps! Just thought I'd stop in and give a quick update on how dinner for the very fussy went on Saturday night!! All the food went well - and the puddings worked which was a complete result (they were the melting in the middle type ones from a Delia book). however, while the food went really well, unfortunately my willpower went out the window letting in pringles, honey roasted peanuts and cashews (mmmmmmm) and a bottle and a half of red wine!!! Ho hum - back to day one yesterday - and then I finished off a tube of pringles and the rest of the nuts - so back on day one again today!!!
KPC - thanks for the PM with parcel details - I'm getting all excited now, off to do my 'research' in a minute! Congrats to all the losers since last week and big hugs to everyone who's not feeling well or recovering from ops.
JM xxProud to be dealing with my debts :T DFW Nerd: 2410
