OH NO! [Hangs head in shame] I have been incredibly dense and thought that Uni Guy had sent a PM to someone first and that we didn't know his name, not that it WAS PM!! So sorry:o
Hanging my head in shame for the second time this post, I am having a food mare at mo. Think I am feeling lonely after seeing my mates at the weekend and feeling frustrated at being stuck in the house/ earning money through clicks!! No disrespect to anyone at all, and it is a great way to earn extra dosh, but just really feeling that I'm wasting my life and my intelligence... I really, really miss my job.
Sorry, just all gretting too much - having a cry and feeling stupidly sorry for myself.
I apologise everyone, will be back on form tomorrow.
Well done to everyone who's reporting a loss.The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

Hi everyone
Well done to all the losers this week :j
Hello to the newbies
And hugs and kisses to those who are feeling low or poorly :kisses3:
I've had a really rough few days with a nasty chest infection, but think I'm on the mend a bit nowConsequently, after a week of copious amounts of cough mixture and cough sweets, pints of lemon and honey, and a complete lack of sticking to any kind of healthy eating, I have to report a 1 1/2 lb gain.
I'm planning to jump back on the wagon tomorrow, or at least attempt to cling on to it with the end of my fingernails

Cor, sound delish grannynise: what are beef olives?
well done raphael: all back under control
Petrichor: impressed at your running. Well done you. Has your mother recovered yet!!!
LGDNUFC: your green day sounds very good and spot on.
bbI try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Hiya all - well have finished my first week of dieting and have lost 4 pounds!:D My head is in the right place at the minute, just wish I could bottle this determination for a later date (probably next week)!
Well done to everyone who's lost weight this week and don't give up to those that haven't.
Get well soon to all those feeling uner the weather and hope you feel better tomorrow bails.
Uni guy - have you tried joining any of the uni clubs? I joined canoeing and I seem to remember it was quite cheap, kept me very fit and I made loads of new friends. Don't know what sort of range of clubs there are but usually there's something for everyone and every fitness level.
Newlywed - I usually find that what I'm wearing determines when I look slimmer rather than when I actually am slimmer - often get complimetary comments when wearing certain outfits even though I've put on weight - bizarre!
Good luck for next week everyone xx1% challenge - £4018 - reduce by 100 payments of £41.0 -

This is completely not suitable for vegetarians to read
Ask the butcher to cut some slices off a joint of topside. Bash the slices a bit to make them thinner (NB not a good idea for people). Marinate for 24 hours (mine were in soy sauce, dry sherry, ginger and garlic) then put the stuffing on them. I used chopped spinach, slightly cooked green beans, asparagus and carrot sticks. Roll them up, pour some marinade over them, put them in the oven loosely covered at Gas 3 for an hour. Much cheaper than a joint of beef and guaranteed to be tender. Use the pan juices to make a sauce with some extra stock and cornflour.
I would have put this on the recipe thread but have no idea how to do that. Maybe someone clever could move it?0 -

I've been to my new addiction tonight - Aqua aerobics! it's getting so bad I'm going again tomorrow lol!Weight loss since 01/08/07 - 72 lbs:j0 -
Hello everyone! I don't know if you remember me but I belonged to this group before I went on my extended (7 weeks) holiday to Canada.
I see quite a few names I recognise and whole lot of new people who have joined - it's great to see the group as active as ever. I don't know if I will ever have time to read all the posts over the last couple of months so will just jump in from now.
I had a fantastic time and can not believe seven weeks can go by so quickly!
I ate so many things that are definately not on the SW plan (hot cinnamon buns, pumpkin pie, dairy queen etc.) so I was quite relieved and surprised to find I had only gained 7 lbs while I was gone!!:T I think my SW consultant was quite surprised too! I know she was worried that I would go mad while I was there lol!!
Anyway I am back on plan and look forward to next weeks weigh in.
Oh yes - While I was there - I QUIT SMOKING!!!!!!:T :T
I am so pleased about that - I have had a nasty cough for a while now, but it has gone and I should find it much easier doing my walking now!
