Evening all!
Rather pleased with myself, was getting stressed in work & all I could think of was coming home and ordering a pizza! But instead I grilled up my mackerel with a huge mound of salad and now I'm stuffed and haven't spent a penny!

As usual Im the opposite lol I used to drink tons of diet coke but since starting my 2l of water a day thing I find it really makes me feel bagged up and bloated. The box of 10 I got last month with my main Tesco shop has lasted me a MONTH! Usually that would do me a matter of days0 -
Hello all
starlight, just noticed your signature, what a fab loss this year, you must be a whole new person, I've lost about 2 and half stone since I was at my biggest 8 years ago and I feel like a new person.
Having kids is helping keep weight lower than it's ever been with all the running around I now do, also not working in an office really helps as I always used to skip breakfast then have nibbles throughout the day.
Raphael, re: pizza, I have been making my own from scratch and making sure they are only about 6 points at most. I have been adding just 2 points of cheese and making sure there is plenty of shallots, mushrooms etc on there that I dry fry first so you get a sweet taste- lovely. Then I freeze them part cooked and they have been coming out fab. Obviously I know it's time consuming but it is well worth it as they taste so yummy.
Anyway all have a great weekend, keep on losing!WW Gold Member, trying to maintain !!!Hayden born July 07Tabitha born April 05Poppy born July 030 -

morning all, looks like being a lovely weekend! Thnak goodness as still no heating and hot water. Going to fill the bath with the kettle later on as i've had enough of showers. Just been planning todays food - I wanted to make a dish from Nigella Express so I have planned everything out carefully to stay within my syns so feeling very pleased. I need to remember what a kick i get out of planning my food the next time i feel like a big blowout.
hope delly is okay, and ajax seems to have gone quiet. Do you think he is trying to convince MrsA about hte benefits of the night cream?!0 -
Hello
I'm having the same problem, stinky cold and chest infection has left everything tasting like cotton wool/cardboard/dust. I don't know what the answer is because I'm totally starving all the time, so am eating ridiculously silly things.... ice cream with extra cream anyone??
Can I join your pyjama party please?? I've been in my night clothes for the last 2 days now!
Yes, come on in! Bring your duvet and settle in for the weekend! The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

Have to argee with you serendisglair, the first 10mins on any piece of equipment in the gym is all, gritted teeth and 'keep going....keep going' then its 'two more minutes, two more minutes' Then finally its 'hit the score'
This is SO true, the first 10 minutes are always a killer, either going for a run or in the gym then once I've got through them I feel like I can fly and keep going forever! (Well, the old me at least )
Glad you enjoy the gym Serendisglair. Fitness does tail off if you don't keep it up but your body can retain a memory of it and so can get back to it more quickly (thankfully!)The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000
