.....you've made that lot up, right?

Made what up: the fact that I was whiling away the insomniac hours thinking up such things, or that these were Petrichors family's name? :D
Other insomniac schemes include making up imaginary lists of the most unsuitable Xmas presents possiblefor family and friends. The possibilities are endlessly entertaining ;) . Apparently poor sleep contributes to weight gain (body doesn't function as efficiently). That and too many caramel slices of course...

Only pet can confirm if I have the gift of second sight or babbling nonsense.
But sometimes people amalgamate names for their home don't they (you know: dun roamin = duncan + rowan + mindy) :D

OH has just severed himself away from his computer and declared we are going for a walk along the sunny seafront to the marina. Ooh I love it when he comes over all masterful. I hear and obey...

.. the names thing. I didn't know if this was common knowledge that I wasn't privy to. I suspect you are partly right in that it's a micture of names, however I reckon pet is a nickname she's kept (EDIT: or she may have been named after Petula Clark ;) ), and that MrP is indeed Richard :) The surname would be O' Rourke, so they are Pet & Richard O'Rourke :D

Efrieze I noticed you maintained this week too - I reckon Lois never told us that doing the chart is cursed and we'll be maintaining, losing and gaining the same couple of pounds for the next 6 months.shok0004.gif

The curse of the chart! Oh No! I wouldn't have agreed if I had known about that!

Actually, 8 of us (so far) have had maintains this week (full results later tonight, folks). There must be something in the water...perhaps it is due to the weather? Who knows.

I have added you to the chart Queanieviolet and so you will be able to join our October challenge which starts tomorrow.

    Full chart later tonight folks...

I'm a maintain (did post that on Tuesday I think). But am pleased to report that I had to take a skirt back to Tesco and buy it in a smaller size!! (Think it was very generous sizing as it's smaller size than some that I can't fit into in my wardrobe!! ;) )

speechless at the thought of suggs losing 11 stone. v impressive. Hope you aren't too out of breath after your walk BB!!!!

new washing machine blew all the power in the house last night. Went comfort shopping and bought a mushroom growing kit instead of vast amounts of chocolate. go me! and lol to mistywoo, I know just how you feel and well done for having the bottle to admit it. I've had roundly deserved gain this week for exactly the same reason. Maybe we can both do better this week?

Doing another JO recipe tonight - will post it if it's any good. Has anyone got any advice for me about syn counting gammon stock? Or could someone ask a consultant? This is the only drawback with bodyoptimise - there is nowhere to ask questions!

3.5lb loss this week, after 2lb last week. I know a lot of it is prob water retention after pregnancy but over the moon to get back into pre-preg jeans as well!
