Morning all :hello:
Just a quick post before I start work, to report in with a 1lb gain, which is very annoying as I did my induction at the gym on Sunday and spent an hour there last night!
Well done to everyone who's posted with a result so far this week, whether it's good or bad - I like what bails said about mens wobbly bits, although I had to read it twice before I got it!
Welcome back Petrichor
Poohbear - sorry for your loss (((hugs))).
Catch you all later.

Morning all, I trust I find you all well. Had the joys of a all day sales meeting yesterday in Warwick! Got home at 9.20pm!! I was pretty good all day, even went straight into the gym after the meeting, I can use Livingwell gyms at Hilton Hotels.
Good to see and hear Bails is up for it, it a dismal day down here, have to shop around and get rear brakes sorted on my passat later too.
So well done to ajax and to pokey on your losses, sterling work. I will be off to Boots in a little while to check my scores on the doors. Perfect10 a maintian is not a gain, so well done to you to. Lois you little gain could be your body adjusting to your efforts in the gym? Your making more demands on the body and so it will hold on to food and fuilds in case it needs them. Well done you for going to the gym. I seem to have slowed down now Im playing rugby once again, I know I should maintian, and I am trying, just trying to get the balance right

Hey Lois, please don't forget that exercise may well make you heavier initially but it's muscle not fat. The great thing is that instead of just sitting there on your hips/waist/chin (delete as appropriate, or in my case all three) looking not so attractive, this weight is actually working very hard for you helping you burn off extra calories. How cool is that?! So please don't be disheartened, the gym really will help you see benefits. And for me at least, being toned is far more attractive than being thin.
What kind of exercise are you doing if you don't mind me asking? The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

poohbear I'm so sorry for your loss.
Well done to all the losers and maintainers. I have to report a 2 1/4lb gain . I have got no excuses other than I am a greedy gannet who can eat three times my own body weight in chocolate.
Anyway hope everybody has a good day I'm off to wire my jaws together0
