yay! we're talking about poooooooooo again! always amusing, if not a little nasty. Glad to hear you've fallen for SW LGDNUFC, it's great for greedy people like me. Except when i fall off the wagon but it's easy enough to get back on. What does your username mean?

I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

    good luck karren!

have just had a yummy tea - sticky thighs(och sir!), potatoes and cherry tomatoes baked in the oven. Adapted it from Jamie at Home and it didn't suffer from the lack of the olive oil he recommended. Have posted it on the recipes thread. I did another JO recipe at weekend but not sure if it is SW friendly - how are SW fixed for when you boil a piece of gammon then use the stock to make the soup with? Does that have syns or not?

How weird; can't get it from sainsbury myself. Not there or online. Nor Tesco or Asda!

LGDNUFC ... What does your username mean?

Possibly a member of the 'Toon army' (Newcastle United Football Club) but not sure what LGD might be...

Good luck karen and well done:j :j

Just been watching the show Jamie at Home and was struck by how much olive oil and butter he adds to all his meals, I used to be an avid fan of his books, recipes, especially the ones cooked in tin foil and steamed in the oven, a dinner in one dish kind of thing, loved them, still have all his books and remember asking H what to do with them so am very interested to hear katie that they can be adapted ....
