good luck karren!
have just had a yummy tea - sticky thighs(och sir!), potatoes and cherry tomatoes baked in the oven. Adapted it from Jamie at Home and it didn't suffer from the lack of the olive oil he recommended. Have posted it on the recipes thread. I did another JO recipe at weekend but not sure if it is SW friendly - how are SW fixed for when you boil a piece of gammon then use the stock to make the soup with? Does that have syns or not?0 -

Possibly a member of the 'Toon army' (Newcastle United Football Club) but not sure what LGD might be...

Good luck karen and well done:j :j
Just been watching the show Jamie at Home and was struck by how much olive oil and butter he adds to all his meals, I used to be an avid fan of his books, recipes, especially the ones cooked in tin foil and steamed in the oven, a dinner in one dish kind of thing, loved them, still have all his books and remember asking H what to do with them so am very interested to hear katie that they can be adapted ....0 -
