    Hi Folks,

Just checking in with a maintain this weekemba0001.gif. ! I was so annoyed yesterday I could barely speak. My friend lost 4lbs.... I'm really going to have to try harder. (I didn't really deserve to lose weight this week but at least my OH is now seeing why it's such a struggle!) exct0007.gif

Well done this week's losers and maintainers - Starlight and Annie -those are really fantastic weight losses.exct0006.gif

Thanks for all the tips and links - it looks like I have a large bodyframe too. Although I never imagined aiming for a weighloss of less than 10 1/2 stone. If you lose too much weight over here, people start to say that you are "failed" looking and need to put on (ha! as if! ) . At the minute, getting my first silver 7 at WW will be a real acheivement.

Efrieze I noticed you maintained this week too - I reckon Lois never told us that doing the chart is cursed and we'll be maintaining, losing and gaining the same couple of pounds for the next 6 months.shok0004.gif

    average green day for me:
grilled quarter pounder quorn burger with poached egg for breakfast (very filling and 'free')

lunch: 113g green lentils, chargrilled red pepper, toms, cucumber, 42g half fat feta (HEb on a green day) and 1/2 tbsp mint jelly (1 syn)

dinner: 113g roast chicken (HEb), green beans/brochli/sprouts adn 190g roasted pots (use frylight and a shake of mixed herbs. Yum)

    milk in tea HEa
snacks: 42g 1/2 fat mature cheddar (HEa) and an apple
toffee muller lite yog (sorry ajax :D )/bananas / melon/ beetroot dipped in vinegar

    bb
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

    Hi Everyone,

I'd like to invite you all onto the Lose Weight 15 thread which is stickied at the top of the I wanna forum pages.

There's lots of people on there with loads of hints, tips and advice and a few Atkins followers would be welcome.

Don't worry, we're a friendly bunch and we don't bite (unless we're half starved from dieting). We could even benefit from the input of a few more guys (don't worry, you won't be the only ones).

Hope to hear from you all soon.

You're quite right Ajax, I don't need to. But it means it is easy to swap to a red day (just count an extra 3 syns for the feta) and 113g is the right sort of balance of flavours with everything else and that portion size fills me up.:D

I was weighed by my GP yesterday and I have maintaines for second week running. He wants to put me on some drug that wraps around any fat that you eat and 'gives you diarrhoea'. I think I'd rather continue with my healthy eating and smaller plate.

In the last few weeks I have eaten lots of hotel and motor services food. My father passed away at the weekend so maybe by next week I will be back on the healthy diet.
