  • Nothing again!!!!

So fed up. Have decided to weigh myself once a month instead as I am stressing before and after every week. I was even ill at the weekend and didn't eat anything and still not good enough.

Doesn't help that my cousin is on a health kick and has lost over a stone. I am soo jealous.

All this stuff about obesity on the news and I really want to get myself away from these statistics, and a history of diabetes in my family.

So it's my Bday on the 25th and I will weigh then, set a mini target to next month, and the month after which will also be Xmas and see how I do for next two months. If nothing again I will force myself to join a club in the new year and see if that helps.

How does that sound for a plan?

    Hello everyone :)

Well done to everyone who has lost this week :j

Maintainers and gainers, hang in there and keep up the good work :D

Perfect10, your plan sounds fine, try not to get disheartened :) I've been doing Slimming World for 5 weeks now and one of those weeks I maintained and one I gained, but its still an overall downward trend. I couldn't weigh in only once a month though... for me that would be too long!!

I had quite a bad day yesterday, I know this is because I've had a few late nights, and tiredness always makes me crave rubbish and weakens my resolve!! Today, I am back on the wagon!! :)

No time to say well done to indivuiduals, already v late leaving for work, but a general well done to all. :T :T

1lb this week, 3.5 lb this month, 16 lbs altogether. Not thrilled but it seems to be a good week followed by a not so good week sort of pattern. So I'm just focusing on the trend and not worrying too much about the amounts. (that's what I'm telling myself anyway)
Won't be able to weigh in next week as will be in Florence for a few days eating pasta, drinking lovely Italian wine, hotel breakfasts etc ..... oh well someone has to do it.;) ;)

1/2 lb loss for me this week. Not too bad, considering I have just come back from 3 days in Rome (hence the lack of appearance on this thread). Which means that I have finally reached the 6 stone weight loss mark (I've only been nearly there for about 4 weeks!!!). Need to try hard this week to do better otherwise might not meet the October challange which would upset me.

    BTW Where's Ajax???

    Chart later...
