Hey ajax Great to see you back, I'd found this 5pms28.gif and thought of you :D ...

...I was so pleased to see that you'd passed the 6 stone mark :j :j efrieze you must feel as if you're a different person now. An inspiration to us all  ...

...Suggs I knew that you'd soon get rid of the temporary gain, well done :j :j ...

...Perfect10 You sounded a bit down, please don't worry about it. We all hit bad phases but they do pass. Do you keep a food diary? A lot us find that it helps us, but do make sure that you put everything into the diary that you put into your mouth :o by not writing something in doesn't mean that it doesn't count :rotfl: Keep going!!...

    Hi all,

Glad to see the forum is back to normal (or as close as can be expected). Conversations about Nigella, Nutella and other fattening things as always.

bails - hope your interview went well

ajax - nice to have you back mate!

brighton belle - size 14's I'm so jealous. What a fantastic achievement - there should be a way of bottling up those feelings to save them for an off day.

grannynise - you're not allowed to swan off to Florence without us! (I'm just jealous really.) Make sure that you enjoy all that gorgeous italian [strike]views[/strike] I mean [strike]men[/strike] I mean food. (can you tell my mind was elsewhere.

Well done all other losers/maintainers and comiserations to anyone who has gained.

I'm having a bit of an off day today. I had the first real side effects from my operation last night (cannot eat chilli! or is it beef?)ill.gif and had to go to bed early. Haven't done much todayzzz.gif but I'm planning to have a more active time tomorrow (the house needs cleaning, but it's ok cos OH can do most of the heavy work.janitor.gif

Hope you're all well. Going to do my swap box shopping tomorrow so I'll have to spend a bit of time on research later tonight.

Blummin' hysterical, I love it!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Now I remember why I was missing the boys...

Interview went well, thanks everyone - won't be doing any teaching which is a bit of a downer but on the plus side I'll be getting into a pastoral care role (which is another aspect of my job I sorely miss). So you're now looking at the new School Liaison Worker for the Paediatric ME team. Sounds v fancy, not really but hey it's a start! I can work as little or as much as I like (starting on 2 hours a week and see how it goes) and it's basically an area which is completely underdeveloped ie noone's been doing it! so I get to build it up from scratch. So not jumping for joy, and still on the lookout for some teaching hours, but looking forward to it.

Delly hope you're feeling a bit better soon, the banter on here is no doubt helping!

A big well done to rachel LGD queenie newlywed justmarried victory efrieze suggs bails and anyone else who lost, maintained or even gained but is sticking with their plan.

Efrieze how wonderful -- you are officially a skinny person now. Cut the label off and stick it on the outside. And please tell me, how did you spend time in Italy and still lose half a pound? I'm anticipating a major gain next week.

Delly -- you can come with me if you like, if not, shall I bring you back some gorgeous [STRIKE]men [/STRIKE] [STRIKE]views[/STRIKE]food ? I'm sure I could squeeze a huge lump of parmesan into the suitcase and maybe some of that delicious Italian ice cream. Not that I'll be eating any myself of course.;)
