Hello,
well the least said about this weekend the better. I just draw a line under it and carry on. Managed one more SFD but that was that. Also experienced a wake up call and need to turn some things around. So this week is all about being happy in myself, crafting, wanting only for simple things and clean living.
We're not quitters, sometime things don't go to plan, but we just draw a line under it, get up and try again.
Well done on all the NSDS achieved over the weekend.
Spend day today as I wasn't able to do the big shop yesterday, but hopefully still manage to continue military.
Off to catch up on the weekend's posts.DEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250 -
Hi all.
I spent money yesterday on some winter hats which I totally did not need but it was only a small spend as they were on ebay. I also listed some more things on ebay, I tried to do them on gumtree first but couldn't get it to load photos.
DH is having a day off today, we have shared the school run which is goods as DD needed taking all the way to school as buses are on strike here. We have been cycling and plan to run after tea.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Morning all,
Well today will be SFD 5 in a row. Alas tomorrow I have the dentist and we need a few bits so will go to the shops then and get fuel too.
Busy weekend, moved lots of logs, cooked soup, pizza, cheese scones, chocolate cake and crumble, finally finished putting new covers on the seats of the dining chairs - kids got all their homework out of the way and hubby got new shower screen just about fitted and laid the floor in the bathroom - its getting there and looks so much brighter but still more to do
Anyway - work to do and a meeting later so had best crack on!
Thanks all, Love LAGL xxDebt free on the 28/05/130 -

That's why I quite like this month going on a weekly basis too. Otherwise I would've chucked it in. Nothing is worse than giving up. So onwards and upwards.....DEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250 -
I won my appeal to get my son free school transport! :j
We were told back in September that he wouldn't be eligible for free school transport, as we voluntarily moved out of the pick up zone.
But i appealed this, because the only reason we moved was to be closer to my sons treatment team (he is disabled).
So they just informed me i won the appeal, and he will get free transport until 2020! That will save me £48 a monthNot much money to some, but it's quite a bit for me!

Well Saturday was a spend day. Carpet was cleaned in the morning - £50. Had to stock up on fruit, veg, eggs, toms and washing up liquid for the week. As it was a spend day I bought a couple of bottles of prosecco as Xmas pressies for friend and the girl that does my nails. Also mouthwash in Boots which was a third off so I bought two bottles. I haven't got anything left in the toiletries budget for the month and I had to cover the mouthwash on YNAB from weekly spends. Weather was filthy so when I got back home in the afternoon I sat down in the warm and snuggled down to watch an old Hitchcock film - "Suspicion" - which I love!
Yesterday was a NSD! :jDidn't go out all and de-cluttered my wardrobe which is part of my clean and organise the flat routine for November ready for Xmas deccies.
So with Sunday finished 9 NSD days so far for November.:j

Managaging to be a NSD today, but failed yesterday as needed/wanted bag of crisps! Saturday was a big spend but we got everything for the decorating and within budget. Let's see what the bathroom floor quote comes in at this week! Boiler stopped working today - very cold and no hot water. Thank goodness still under warranty so they are coming out tomorrow to fix. We have a logburner so I am quite toasty so long as I stay in this room!
Food - not bad, husband home for the week and eating everything in sight! Another shop needed tomorrow or Wednesday me thinks.
Exercise going well - lots of running, slow but steady.
So far everything has been within budget.0
