Morning all :hello: foxgloves your big budget day is my idea of a good day, although I am partial to cake too. Enjoy
DNMS my LO had flu jab last year and she will agin this year, she was fine after it. It's not actually a jab in children but a little puff up the nostril.
List for today:
Check banking, surveys, FPL
Check were still on for best energy tariff as fixed rate is ending. Using local company and have been very impressed with them and they were cheapest in market last year by a country mile and projection is to go up by £14 over the year but always good to double check
Make some muffins tonight to prevent buying cakes or biscuits
Lunch from freezer, looks like chilli or bolegnase (here's hoping anyway :rotfl:)
Snacks too to work and hit drink for commute (I'm in the car DNMS but it can take anything from 1-2.5 hours so when it's kind it makes such a difference
Get back on selling bus
Do some accounts tonight, then I can hopefully print missing documentation at work tomorrow if needs be
Meal plan until payday
Water tomatoes, one on the turn to red0 -

could you make a big batch of soup tonight? Look at what you've got in and search out a soup recipe based on that? Really would take long, say 10 minutes to prepare and up to 30mins cooking, depending on what soup you decide to make. Bet the cost for the rest of the week would be the same as 1 soup & roll in the canteen!DF as at 30/12/16

Hi guys
I'm feeling pretty sorry for myself. Got a cold and coughing and spluttering everywhere. Couldn't handle the office so I'm working from home and grateful for that.
I've got a great free kindle book so I'm planning an early night reading that - rock and roll
Need to sort YNAB because it's all a bit of a mess as we were away at the weekend. It will be going down to 'holiday' though so won't be tracking every little transaction separately IYSWIM...
What else...?! Not sure....Will post back later. Need to get on with some work....
Big love!0 -
Morning,
La escocesa - I feel you're pain. I've just got rid of the cold and I forgot how much I hate it. I recommend beechams stuff.
My list for today;
- Check banks and YNAB
- May even start a fresh YNAB
- Pay off CC!!!!!
- Pay extra to savings account
- Set up standing order for savings account
- Bring lunch into work
- Exercise
- Aim for a NSD
Delighted that today is going to be the day I pay off my CC. I'll wait until the payment has cleared before I open the champagne though...0 -
