Taco Fajita seasoning

Thanks to all the posters on this thread I now have some turkey breast ( half price in Lidl's ) marinading in the Taco belll secret recipie spice mix, the lovely salsa side dish blending flavours in a bowl and I've just tried Bug's recipie for the Tortilla.
So far I've just had a tortila sandwiched with cheese sour cream some of the onions and peppers and salsa, grilled until melted with extra chilli.

I'm in 7th heaven:D

It's been harder work than the box mixes but everything looks or tastes so yummy, especiall the tortilla, much nicer than the ready made ones.

I must say though, foreverskint you've made me feel hungry with your yummy food :doh:

I haven't even begun to think about what to have for dinner yet so no doubt it will be something pre-cooked from the freezer or possibly even take-away :eek: (DS is home today and I'm not used to having to think about meals on a Saturday)

Well, we have just eaten the Fahitas, and the general opinion was that it beats any of the ready mixed packet jobbies. They were delish and we are all totally stuffed. Well worth the slightly harder work of doing it yourself, although next week we are going to batch cook the tortillas, ad that wil save some time.

Are these ready made tortillas or home made ones? I've been scanning quickly for a recipe but haven't seen one.

Either I'm going blind or those are recipes for the spice mixes. I was looking for a recipe for the tortilla pastry/bread round thingies.
