    I am looking for a very yummy fajhita spice mix, we have been using packets but after eating at a very nice mexican im wondering if i can make better at home? There are also 7 of us so i generally need to buy 2-3 packs!

    I make this all the time (2 lots - less spicy for OH cos he is a wuss and extra spicy for me - yum) - its fab and so much cheaper then the packets :-)

    Huge thank you to Bugs for the tortilla recipe on page 1, can't believe I pay nearly a quid for 6 when I can make them! Will give it a go.

    Also about to try this spice mix recipe - missing a few ingredients but oh well!
