Mine still says "Executive Room One Double"

Have you received a "your hotel reservation confirmation" email for each booking as well as the best rate guarantee email?

I have received one for one but not for the other, are we ok as long as we have the confirmation number?

whoops! spoke too soon! I booked 4 rooms - all on one booking - they've confirmed just one.......... original confirmation says 4 x exec - but not new one so going to e-mail them now.........

I just double checked the confirmation email I got for the "free room" still says "Executive Room One Dbl Bed" on that 1. :j

Now..if I get there in time to get some BOGOF Tresemme at Tesco..I'll be one happy gal LOL

Littleange..I got that confirmation email for the free room a few hrs after i got the reply from the girl saying my claim was approved so if you don't get it in a few hrs..email the person who approved your 2nd claim

I am still waiting since they told me the prices were different currencies! I put them right on that one but no response! I now see the prices for the hotel I booked have been changed on Expedia and I seem to have been downgraded to a smoking double instead of the Executive room I booked!? E mailed AGAIN to let them know I am still on the case and that the expedia price WAS lower when I made my booking! I knew it wouldn't go smoothly for me!

Did you take a screen print of it ? That's your "proof" in case something like this happens

Expedia have definitely raised their prices to match Ramada's.

Ramada must have been complaining big style to expedia !!

Looks like i won't get my room, which now has identical prices. Took a screen grab thou so I will give it a go.

Yippee... got back from work and got my exec room in Chester confirmed free of charge for October!! Did take two claim forms to get them to reply but got there in the end (probably quite busy with all this new found interest eh!)... Now where can I go next?!

Isn't this fun!!!!???

If Expedia.co.uk is no good for cheaper prices anyone want to share any other sites that seem to work?

my mil wants to takes us all to see disney on ice in oct
i am asking on here because i dont know london at all
if not a ramada another reasonably priced hotel ner to the arena
any help appreciated

Yes I sent them the expedia page. They have just emailed to say they have looked into it thoroughly and can't find the cheaper price :rolleyes: sent it again !:mad: Why me! I'm not giving up!
