expedia have jacked the prices up, email back saying the prepaid (on a non working card) couldnt be found cheaper. hope they accept the screenshot.

would that not cause problems - well i was away to say when paying the bill, or usually when you check in they ask for credit card and if it is different would this not cause problems

hi all, anyone know how i can screen print i still can't seem to sort it, everytime i press ctrl print screen it brings up an aol tool page, anyone know a way round it?? thanks guys, dont you just love this site!!!!

littleange could be right - you do on mine but I remember from the EJH days that not everybody used the same method.

MKUX3, difficult one, they don't always ask (they didn't at the Days Inn), but it is possible. Really not sure ... x

They are coming up with every excuse now and not replying to my emails. Any ideas? My 24 hours has passed not but I claimed with the first hour so don't know where I would stand

don't know why, cos it doesn't mention having a confirmed booking with another company, just that Ramada guarantee theirs is the cheapest rate.

i tried to get two rooms free at l ivingston but they say only one per household. i am probably just going to cancel the free room as it is a double exec large but i can hardly pile the 4 of us into it? CAN I??

Hi I booked a Ramada hotel in Birmingham this afternoon and straight away submittde the claim form, the booking on Expedia was £13 cheaper, I have just had an email from Darcy who says she cannot find the cheaper rate. I have sent her a copy of the screen grab and stated quite clearly that " I do hope Ramada honours their own policy and expect a response shortly"

I'll keep you informed. And I can post Darcy's email address from customer services if anyone wants it?
