I made two seperate bookings for executive double rooms, both claims were accepted. However, when I look at my bookings on ramada.com, they both just say double room, not executive. Have I been downgraded? Though they both say free. Is it just me?

Being the curious person that I can be sometimes..I went and checked on expedia to see if the price has changed and guess what...It's now the same as the hotel website..hehe Ya think they caught on ? :P

Yes, they've also downgraded one of mine from exec to double.
But what I'm going to do is print out the ORIGINAL booking e-mail (the one I got before the claim was processed), where it says I booked an exec, and show this to the receptionist.0 -
My Perth rate is still the same on Expedia also, still waiting for a reply from my claim form tho so not going to get too excited, yet!.0
