Hmm somethings not right there but hopefully they will give it to you. When I did mine I just put the link to where I uploaded the pic of the screenshot so they had no excuse trying to turn me down ;) hehe.

    Right ...

lucygotit, to do a print screen, press Ctrl and Prt Sc, then open up a Word document, and click Paste.

MKUX3, cancel your current reservation and rebook, but double check that you are on Ramada.com as opposed to Ramada.co.uk. You can keep trying as many times as you like, you won't get charged until at least the day before arrival! Looks like Livingston doesn't do family rooms, they will only allow one extra bed.

Sooze, they are looking at Expedia.com. Tell them your information is from Expedia.co.uk. Send them a screen print if need be.

Eurosaver, where/ when are you booking for? Will have a look for you if you want? I love their new currency of $140GBP?!!!

budgetflyer, good to have you back! x
    Gone ... or have I?
  • Thanks dmg24 and Nordictat2. I've worked it out now - Expedia allows me to book 2 adults and 2 children aged 13 and 16, on Ramada the same party is 3 adults over 16 and 1 child! Putting 3 + 1 into Expedia gives £140 as they state.

I'll get back to Ramada and let you know what happens.

  • i have ballsed up. booked the .co.uk and gave incorrect card details. it went through saying the card will be charged within 24 hours. i have put my claim in and hoping they will look at it quickly and zero it before they realise the card isnt right.

They are on US time though aren't they. Their office hours are 7am - 10pm CET as mentioned in a previous post

Don't worry, your claim will be checked in the US, so it is still early morning there!
