Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
I had to submit my claim twice because I hadn't heard anything so IF it's been MANY hours since you heard anything..resubmit...I heard from them under 3 hrs after the 2nd time ;)
For those that DON'T know it's only just after 5 am right now so they aren't at work yet hehe. (nice little link I use sometimes http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/)
:D *If you like the advice I give...let me know by clicking the THANKS button* :D
  • The last time I put a claim in for DAYS INN best rate or its FREE guarantee they dummied it (twice). I only had a few days till cancellation charges kicked in so ended up having to cancel.
If you are going to do this effectively, allow yourself plenty of time to argue the case or for resubmition.
  • does it make if a difference if ive booked on the co.uk site and not the .com

Yes it does make a difference. My first claim was knocked back because I booked on the .co.uk site. I cancelled, re-booked at Ramada.com and claimed again - this time it was accepted.

Only if it's a Travelodge in the US or Canada! Travelodges in the UK are a owned by a completely different company, and aren't connected with this offer.

But there are plenty of Ramada and Days Inn hotels in the UK which you could get for free, but remember to book through their .com site, not co.uk.

    awaiting to hear patiently

i tried livingston booking in my name and then another room in husbands name but with different credit card

let you know what happens, it is just we have two kids so wont fit in one room
  • No luck with this one, found cheaper on all-hotels.com but ramada argued that the allhotels package is different as it includes breakfast. i rang customer services and pointed out that the allhotels rate is CHEAPER and BETTER but they are standing by their definition that it is a different package.
They gladly accept the allhotels rate is better and cheaper but wouldn't back down!
Not dettered though and will keep trying!
