No need to cancel your booking, they have just updated it for you to reflect the £0 price!
    Gone ... or have I?

The confirmation number remains the same - you don't need to do anything.

I would re-submit if I were you, they seem pretty quick at replying and the terms state you must apply within 24hrs of making a booking so probably better to be on the safe side.

Ok, I've had my Ramada.com reservation confirmed and have submitted the claim form. I had an email confirming my reservation but not advising that my claim form had been recevied.

Has anyone who has had their claim accepted received an email just confirming that Ramada had received their claim?

PandaPants, I think their website says they will respond to you in 4 hours so maybe something is wrong?

Also, on the Ramada site there is no mention of the rate including or excluding a breakfast [we're talking about Perth, Scotland Ramada here] and on Expedia it definately says breakfast not included, is this a problem?

I would imagine that you will be ok. To me, if it doesn't mention breakfast it means it is not included. That was the case with Chester.

Let us know how you get on x
