Good Morning All
Early start for me as had a text to say our Tumble Drier could be delivered as early as 7am, the guy arrived at 7.25 - our old Tumble Drier was at least 14 years old and one of the potential dangerous models, they originally were going to adapt the machine but then offered us a deal that we would have been silly to refuse - a brand new machine (of my choice) with 2 years warranty and 10 year parts, free delivery and they took the old machine away (£99). Anyway enough waffle, today I will

Another good day, even managed to empty all pots used for growing veggies, clean and pop away in garage for next year and also made a start on taking pictures and shelves down in bathroom, ready for me to strip walls next week.
Night all

Morning all,
We're back home now and back to reality! Had a really lovely week though.
This weekend I have/ will...
Cancelled Spotify Premium after using it for 3 months for 99p. This avoids paying the £9.99 per month usual charge
Carry on with the long list of things I need to change my name on
Planned food shopping at Aldi - will make a list before we go
Work out how many thank you cards we need to get - I don't want to buy too many unnecessarily! We could send emails for free but I think it's nice to send a card. Will be visiting a discount card shop to get some in bulk
Check bank and update spending diary
Get bits and bobs ready for work on Monday
Clean bathroom, do laundry and ironing
Sort out the last of the wedding bits and find a home for them
Visit a couple of friends who looked after our chameleon while we were away
Think about what I can afford to save up for Christmas over the next 3 months and plan accordingly!
The ex is bringing poochy back today and I'm so excited to see her after a week!! Looking forward to lots of cuddles and getting back into walking her - free exercise

Good Morning All
A quiet day for me DFW wise as we're off to visit our new baby grandson - can't wait, he was born while we were away so this is our first opportunity to get over - it'll be a mad house with a 6 year old and 4 year old twins in the mix. After we're going to visit our eldest grandson and his mum (as even though she's remarried they make us extremely welcome and we have no issues with them so when she says come over why shouldn't we?)
Have a great day everyone, hope the weather is kind to you and that you keep the DFW faith. Catch up later
Love

A few MSE things I've done today and I'm sure a few to do.
Checked banking and used all spare money to pay to CC (now 0% balance only left)
Cancelled amazon prime I think DD activated it on my account to get something and I've been meaning to do it for ages. Like I buy much anyway. So not worth it.

Need pick fruit and tatties for tea.
Cleaned fridge out and put some stuff in the freezer

Fed the hens scraps from veg left over

Using up old containers for lunches.
Written a small shopping list will get something when out walking mutts.

Hello everyone
I have been a very busy bunny the past few days - keeping the dfw faith but dying under the teacher-first-week-back-after-summer shock. I've not been getting stopped much before 7pm and going to bed by about 9.
I have also been utterly non stop so far today so this is the first chance I've had to catch up. So sorry to hear of sad news such as stolen phones and dying teachers  and happy to hear good things like graduations and new grandbabies.
I was up bright and early at 7am for a boxing session with my trainer. Followed by a trip to my mam's new house to help her get her 100kg fridge freezer in. She tried to tell me it wasn't a woman's job and would take 3 men. Well it took stepdad, me and dh. Done :T
Then I've done football and gymnastics classes with ds, and left a couple of little jobs for dh and dd to do, and they are done :j
The rest of this afternoon will consist of doing a bit of batch cooking (maybe) and a lot of knitting and crochet. I'm quite tired now I've actually stopped so need to kick my own backside to get on and do something. Not giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

Hello all,
Just been having a little catch-up with what you've all been up to while I've been away. Normal service not quite resumed here, yet, but am popping in to say that holiday budgets were stuck to while we were on our camping trip. We also did a bit of foraging & brought home some blackberries, some of which I've already used for my Christmas blackberry & apple vodka, & I've made blackberry & apple jam. Been busy putting all the camping gear away, getting on top of the laundry (all line-dried for free yesterday....thank goodness as it has wazzed it down with rain non-stop today) & picking all the veg which ripened/grew while we were away. Have had an easy afternoon....did lots of walking on holiday (& ate too much treaty cr*p!) so feel quite tired since we got back, but have cleared quite a few surveys & also entered a few competitions. Postie brought my latest vouchers from Ipsos surveys, so that's another £20 I've added to this year's survey total in my signature. Must stop now & fuss cat. He got back from the cattery today & has been headbutting me in the leg for strokes ever since!
I've enjoyed reading all your news.....both good (awards, new grandsons, etc, & bad...skankerous phone robbers) Have a nice evening all.
