Didnt have an email or a phone call - our driver didnt even deliver our order - someone from the depot drove it to our place at 10.30pm with only one box when we ordered two - and no receipt. So here we are with no idea how much we've paid, whether our discount code has been accepted, and why the other box got cancelled without anyone informing us... not impressed!0

I got mine! I ordered 12 bottles ( 6 of merlot and 6 of calloway crossing) paid 31.88 in total.

Ordered 6 Chilean & 6 Frascati - still a good deal, £27ish - nothing to say cancelled supposed to be coming tomorrow. I feel miffed that the people who ordered the bargain red are not receiving it, as it was obviously a ruse to get people to order more expensive stuff.

Someone mentioned, in an earlier post that they had used an ecode on 2 X 6 25cl bottles.
Is this why the orders have been cancelled.
I too,did a similar order, just for the points!! Not due til Thurs!! No contact as yet!!ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷0 -
Same here, should of been delivered tomoro, message on answerphone today to say its been cancelled

mine cancelled too! was due for delivery tomorrow. Talk about last minute....I'm really really mad and i think i got that over to the poor woman on the other end of the phone ....no swearing though .... i was bought up proper like!0

My Garnacha is due to be delivered on Wednesday morning. I had an email this afternoon confirming this. I checked the order status online just now and it says "Cannot cancel". So that's good news then!!!!!!0

I doubt it very much. Mine was due for delivery tomorrow evening, but we got a phone call this evening saying it was out of stock and the order wouldn't be fulfilled.
Despite that, the website still shows the order exactly as yours.0
