i just got a mail to say they cant fulfil the order but the email doesnt look very offical - really quite dodgy actually

Some excuse about the wine website's computer system not being live so it doesn't know when they are out of stock. They said it's only the wine system that's not live :rolleyes:

Yep. Mine has just been cancelled too. Just taken a phone call at work so had to watch what I said to them but I was not happy :mad: :mad: :mad:
He said that the system was incorrect. The wine has been removed from the website and I could re-use the voucher but they would not be offering an alternative.
A p**s take from Tescos. They have generated a lot of business for themselves anyway as looking at previous posts some people have not gone for the cheapest but have gone for other more expensive wines, free advertising for them and nothing for us who have opted for the cheap wine. :rolleyes:
I will not be buying anymore from them. Sticking with Asda and I will see what offers they have on instore.

Sorry, the 'XXF76B' voucher has been used the maximum number of times.

typical. I am going to email them I think just to see what reply I get back from them. I was speaking to someone called Russell, that means nothing though in a company of that size!

updated, I have sent them a letter, can't find an emaill address, so await their reply. Won't hold mt breath though. Will update on here if I do hear anything.
