if it's part of a bigger order, a few complaint emails should get you the delivery charge credited back. (Or free delivery for your next order.)

I ordered yesterday afternoon for delivery in 10 days, and so far the order shows as complete.

I've had my order cancelled (due today) too. I really can't believe they're not obliged to offer an alternative or anything once they've confirmed your order, particularly if they still take orders on that product. Are there no legal experts out there? Or anyone who's friendly with one that could ask?
