Same here, you'd have hoped the online ordering system would have rejected the orders before they got through to the payment and delivery booking stage.

I was expecting delivery on Tue this week but won't hold my breath now.

My delivery for 2mo eve also cancelled, no alternative and no compensation offered, just an apology. Oh well, think of my liver...

CS told me their stock/ordering system is not live at the moment, so stock availability can't be guaranteed, but will be updated NEXT YEAR to avoid these situations!! :rolleyes:

Vintage wines are obviously limited in availability. The only bit that might help is that it says "If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular wine"
Surely it is within their control to NOT have it as IN STOCK on the website when they HAVE NONE!!!!

I think everyone with cancelled orders should contact CS asking why it still shows as in stock on the website.
I ordered after it was out of stock so I would expect that once it said In stock again that it was IN STOCK.
No call as yet but my first order was just for 6 French red and 6 French white,due tomorrow.
OHs order was for 12 Granacha ,due Wednesday,so we may still get call!
