FlorenceJ good luck for your race.
I missed my exercise at lunch yesterday due to having a student so i did a Jilian Michaels video last night when DH was in the pub. The uni pool is going to shut soon for summer so i did a test to see if i can do the triathlon distance and did 1500m (60 lenghts) in 35 min. Chuffed but dead. So just went to Tescimo and got lasagne and a pizza for dinner.
Need to go to CS tomorrow as they never picked it up from our drive.
Not much else to report.
Well done to everybody's achievments and hugs to those who need it.

I can tell you I ended the day with, as promised, a NSD :T
I think my total is 5 now.
Just 11 more to go.
Today I baked Jack Monroe Apple and Cinnamon loaf and I went renegade on Nigella Lawson's christmas morning muffins but they turned out well....after i realised i had left out the bicarb and baking powder :rotfl:

And so its the weekend again. I have woken to a bidding war on the Pokemon cards I am selling, which is only due to last weekends decluttering.
How has everyone else got on with the selling aspect of last weekends challenge?
This weekend I would like you to
- Find 2 more things to sell & get them listed wherever is most appropriate
- Tackle a hot spot in your house (Doingitanyway sounds like she had great success with her hallway & for me not waking to the sight of OHs junk ridden cupboard top has been a huge boost.
- Do future you a favour. For example, I have sent off for paperwork on a new investment so the extra saving on my mortgage can make us money before we pay off chunks. Pick something that benefits you or your family.
Right back to Pokemon countdown

Morning all
Still lurking, but struggling with exhaustion towards end of term. I didn't even pick my laptop up last night to check in. Just did some crochet then got an early night as I start at 7am on a Saturday (training).
DD's prom shoes have finally arrived - I was starting to panic. Bob - the prom ticket cost £11, then the dress and shoes are both new from eBay, but paid for with credit from a sneaky company who had found some way to charge me for spam messages on my mobile phone. Was refunded £32 which has covered the costs there. I just need to fork out for her hair and a pizza to contribute to the buffet then actually take her and pick her up. So not too bad, but still completely unnecessary for 11 year olds as far as I'm concerned. Still, she aced her SATS (top of the school) and got a glowing report so I can't begrudge her that.
I'm up for the weekend challenge - will find some things to sell. We need every penny we can get at the moment with dh still being off work and not able to contribute anything else financially to the household budget.Leaving the housework to the kids this weekend though - the pair of them seriously owe me.
Not giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

Thanks bob and apple
Only one of my items sold this week, although that's better than none and I've reslisted the other two.
I went to the next sale this morning. Have loads to take back (you can't use the fitting rooms during a sale) but I'm keeping a pair of jeans, a pair of trousers, three cardigans, two tops, 5 pairs of socks and three diffusers of the scent I found I liked from there earlier in the year. Quite pleased at that lot cost £82 but would have been £184 not in the sale.
The rest of the day will be spent chilling apart from mowing the lawn later and a dog walk. Can't wait for the end of term on ThursdayLBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)
