Morning everyone,
Good luck resisting the games clippy, I couldn't!
As usual, I didn't manage a NSD over the weekend but I'll make up for that during this week as the fridge/freezer/cupboards are full.
Have a nice day everyone0 -
LSDs over the weekend - Saturday I had a massage but that was free to me as I had a voucher to use, then DS went to the end of term party at his youth club, where he got his tea for free, yay! We did do the food shop but that was from the food budget, which has now run out until this Friday so going to have to make do with what we have in the house. Sunday we went for a day out but the ticket had been paid for already and we took a picnic so it was just ice creams to buy.
All budgets now empty until pay day on Friday so it will be NSDs from here until then! I need them as am nowhere near my target. Hoping to get to 11 by Friday.0 -
Hello,
bno SFDs the last three days either. Lazy dinner on Friday, big shop on Saturday and took kids swimming on Sunday.
Not much else to report. Will catch up soon with what I missed on the weekend.DEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250 -
I have the top of an Edwardian coat stand ready for painting in my spare room waiting to be painted and put in a room also awaiting renovation. I’ve had it for 10 years. I woke up this morning with my Kondo head on and could see the thing that gives me joy about the item is the bevelled mirror so I took it apart with a hammer and screwdriver and carefully removed the glass.
The big, dark furniture item is now waiting to be collected for bulk rubbish.
I have just finished cleaning the mirror. It’s lovely now and on my shelf. I can use it now and I have more space.
I cut my own hair this morning. It looks good, saves time and money and I shall be doing it again :money:
I am off to do my eyebrows myself now :money:

Hectic weekend and didn't see the weekend challenge until nearly the end of the weekend!
DH has however found 3 big items to sell. These should hopefully cover the cost of an item of furniture we have purchased through a local FB page that matches our existing furniture. DH is putting a FF, DW and the old furniture item on the same FB page and gumtr33 this week.
1st session with our new PT yesterday. It was good although DH looked like he was going to pass out or throw up at one point which has made him realise that he is very overweight and unfit. That and the metabolic age of 61:eek: He's 46.
Went to Mr T and stocked up on healthy food and got DS some shorts in the sale for our holiday. He just needs sandals now.
Boiler went off again but BG have got it working again this morning. Had to fill the bath with buckets of water from the kettle last night!
DS passport renewal at the passport office has been done, took 3 minutes and will be here next week. Pheww!
I still haven't got around to checking the banking and DH is still carrying around a cheque in his wallet that needs to be paid in. I am away with work tonight so will do it then after I have been for a swim to ease my aching muscles.Save £10,500 - £2673.77 - 25.5%

Apologies as ever missing over the weekend. Got home from work with a lovely migraine, drove to physio appt then came home and straight to bed at 6pm.
Kept off the computer all weekend to help my migraine, so apologies haven't looked properly at this weekends challenge even yet.:o
Sat went out in the rain with friend for a catch up and a cream tea with almond and apricot scones. So going to make them, they came with apricot jam and cream as well.
Sat night - feeling brave went out on a date!! Nice lad saw him yesterday for a cake and a coffee as well. Can't see it going long distance but hey ho he's a tradesman - just the sort I need in my house:D
Yesterday I managed to walk over 5 miles, really hilly as well, Friday's physio was great who gave me lots of stretchy exercises that helped. Still sore and knee cracking today but so much better.:)
Spent today needed milk and need to pay for BBQ ticket today as well.
Messed up on my spreadsheet so there will be no spending until Friday eek.
Will work on challenge during this week Bob. :cool:LBM 13039 1.1.13 Now £0 Finally Debt FreeMortgage free Oct 2019:)EFund/savings £25000 10/11/220 -

Please to all apologising for not doing weekend challenge, it is just a little extra and not in anyway supposed to be mandatory, you are all doing great anyway!

It's not too hot up here yet still got quite bit of cloud cover so we are only at 20C. Tomorrow gets lot hotter but I have booked a day off, going to have a nice walk by the sea and keep an eye on bunny who does overheat, probably better in the garage as he lies on the cold concrete floor.
Life does get to you now and again Bob, I was in meltdown mode last week. Try and Chill if you can, nothing is worth worrying about.

Thanks Calling for me I think its dealing with paperwork for remortgage, they've decided they need to see the signed leasehold. Of charge us £30. I know my regular solicitor has a copy but as are using free legals company as that was part of this deal. Its going to delay things getting my solicitor involved. They also want proof of name from me as my name appears differently on the deeds. Its just my first name middle initial surname vs full name middle name surname but very annoying.
Trying to do anything paperwork related with a non napping babe is a pain.
Plus inlaws being poorly. And summer hols blah blah blah....
Oh and if anyone else called up and said 'darling I Will be late tonight as a sink hole has opened up on my train line' I'd be looking for the lipstick on the collar, but OH I will trust. Its a thing! Google London bridge sink hole" Your vibe attracts your tribe":D
