Another NSD today. Was experiencing such a runners high that I went to my first session at a local running club and it was great! Boy am I sweaty though. Really enjoyed it and will be dragging OH along with me too next week.

Florence running clubs are great. Before I had my son I used to do this thing called British Military Fitness which is a great bootcamp style class run by ex soldiers. They also did a running club spin off which had a lot of military training exercises. We did a lot of hill running which brings your fitness on quicker.

Yikes! to the sink hole, bob. Going via London Bridge was one of my travel options for going to Birmingham tomorrow. I shall probably opt for the other route now...!

    Another NSD yesterday!

I hope today will be too, but I was in a rush this morning and didn't have breakfast and my stomachs making all kinds of noises so I may have to spend a couple of £'s on something.

Also go the gym tonight but that's already paid for as I withdrew money at the start of the month to allow for it.

    Hello,

SFD number 9 yesterday. Today I need to post a letter and pictures (they cost a fortune to print nowadays ) of the kids to my auntie and parents in Germany that still appreciate communicating the old fashioned way. My auntie is 85 and loves getting letters. So that's my good deed for the day .

Scorcher here today (Scottish version i.e. 20C ;) so the lunchtime run will be hot.

DH went for a run last night and then had the diet version of the planned dinner. Had two plates with LO paella ready to heat up in the microwave for when he was back. Well, dropped one on the stone floor. So we had to share the remaining plate :(.

Sorry I totally missed the weekend challenge as I'm not here much then. I will have a look for ebayable stuff over the next few days. This will definitely be ramped up over the autumn/winter months when there is less to do outside and these bl**dy races are over and training can be scaled down. Almost tempted to not do the triathlon in three weeks just the duathlon in September. Chicken or not, we'll see.

    Have a lovely day

Today was not a NSD, it had to come sooner or later, I just hope I can make up for it before the month is over. I have achieved 7 so far, just 9 more to meet target.

BTW i think 7 was my record for the year so far, so if I achieve just one more NSD then I will have a new record anyway, But i'm going big and bold, and next month I'm aiming for 20.

Had to buy milk, and will go out again for a few more food items as we have now run out of cheese. Will go on mysupermarket to see who is selling it cheapest. My OH has also insisted we buy crisps, but this will come out of his money, not the food budget as I have given up crisps until the 3rd of August.

I'm currently very cross with myself - I sent two CDs off via Ebay yesterday and today one has had a returns process started as I sent them the wrong way round :( This means I now need to issue a postage label for him so he can return it, and then return the money. BAH. No doubt the other person will do the same, so I have lost out quite badly. I'm so annoyed! I only sold it through Ebay as I thought I would get more than by putting it on MusicMagpie.

Oh well. What's done is done. I always think to myself that things like this balance out when you find roadkill and I've found a good few notes in my time, so I can't be too annoyed. Note to self though - make sure you CHECK CHECK CHECK next time!

    Very annoying lilian1977.

Stupidly only just I realised that I have to be signed in for my triathlon at 8 am in Aviemore. Thought we could all just drive up in the morning (2h) if it would have been later. So looked in to accommodation for the four of us and found nothing under £200. Then remembered OH saying he's going without us to his in Oban, so will just do the same. I just booked a bed in the YH for £26, can take my own dinner and breakfast etc. Also fiends of mine will be there in a camper van so I can leave valuables/bike with them over night etc. That gave me a new motivation as I might now be able to relax before the race and don't worry about kids going to sleep etc. Last year we were in one hotel room trying to get baby daughter and son to sleep till about 11 pm. So spend day today but lower than family trip.
