If they don't give you those details then you are able to cancel within 31 days of any increase.
I am no expert and if that is wrong I am happy to be corrected0 -
Just started my bi annual dance with Sky renewals.
Currently have Signature,Ultimate, HD and Sports and paying £67.50 per month.
Was offered the same package for 2 years with no admin fee for £56 per month which included this years price increase.
Declined this and they offered to take off HD and finally offered me Sky Essentials for £15 per month.
Given my notice to terminate at the end of July so we’ll see what happens.
Didn't think it was a bad offer at first but have seen lower on here and didn’t want to accept the first offer.0 -
Just speaking to my brother in law, he’s on his last day of his cancellation, had one missed call and one text in all that time. He rang today as tv goes off at some point today. Offered him Signature £20.50 Sports £20 HD £4. He declined as he has Virgin for BB and it was cheaper for him to switch everything to them. Like others on here have said, the guy didn’t seem bothered about keeping him..0

My view is that they aren’t bothered unless you ask for stream/glass and will switch broadband to them.
Chap we spoke to didnt even want to quote for Q
Prices pretty much exactly the same as we pay now unless we take their broadband as well (been there, done that, never again)0 -
I’m currently on sky q with signature sky sports and basic Netflix with UHD on all. £60 a month it only seems to be going up to £66 after contract ends so I’m thinking I may let it run for the moment without new contract as it’s not much more and wait for BT to upgrade my exchange to digital/fibre (currently using gigaclear as it’s the only fibre option available) don’t want to lock into another 24 months contract for the sake of £6 a month0

If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.0 -
