I've had another "Please come back" offer in the post; still the same £22/month for Stream with in-contract rises; maybe they think they'll beat me into submission.

I can't understand how they can offer "stream" at a lower price than Q - When the customer already has a Q box up and working ?
I guess they don't have to pay the satellite leasing fees for one, the hardware is way cheaper as well (very cheap by the sounds of it).

Sky have not offered me a decent deal (£75.50 for Sport + signature on Q with second box) - I am now looking elsewhere and think that NOW TV may be cheaper. 22 years of being a paying customer counts for ziltch
I have a few questions though
    1. Does NOW allow me to run 2 * Adapters on the same account (living room and bedroom)
    2. I am used to recording - will I be able to receive and stream every channel that I can receive and record on Signature ?
3.Anything else that I may have forgotten ?
1 - You will need to pay for Boost - increases to 1080p HD and enables you to watch on 3 devices at the same time- without Boost you can only watch on one. Might be worth looking at signing up to it via Ireland as you could get it for much cheaper. I did that for TNT Sports - got all 4 TNT channels plus Premier Sports 1 and 2 so can watch the occasional 3pm Sat kick offs and La Liga games as well plus boost for around £15pm for 6 months. If I did that through Sky it would be £30 and no access to PM Sports either
    Current Now Tv prices
    Boost - £6
    Sports - £35
    Entertainment - £10

2 - In short, no. The Entertainment channels are just the Sky related ones plus a few more like Alibi,MTV and Comedy Central

3 - Perhaps go through with the cancellation and then try again once its completely turned off as you might be likely to get a better deal. I am shocked that they haven't lowered that at all considering my package is similar and now paying £46.50pm

    (Confusingly) According to Sky ...

The set up costs for Sky Stream Pucks are £39.95 however with the current offer available the first puck would be free and any additional pucks would be £39.95.

For an equivalent Sky Streaming TV package it would be £80.00 per month (not including Sky Broadband).
    Here is the breakdown:-

    Ad skipping  £5.00

Whole Home  £13.00  (required when there is more than 1 streaming device)

Sky Ultra HD and Dolby Atmos®  £6.00

    Netflix Standard with Ads  (included)

Sky Ultimate TV - Sky Entertainment with Netflix  - Offer: In Contract Ultimate TV Pack £3 Off for 18 Months   18 Month Contract   £28.00

Sky Sports - Complete Pack - Offer: In Contract Sky Sports £2 Off for 18 Months -18 Month Contract  £28.

The Equivalent to what I am currently on (Q) - Costs
I can confirm that your bill due on 4th July 2024 is currently £66.50, your bill due 4th August 2024 will be a prorata bill for £70.90 and then your furure bills from 4th September 2024 will be £75.50.  Please bear in mind that prices may increase during your minimum term.

So - according to them - Q is cheaper than Stream - TOTALLY CONFUSED NOW !!

As an aside, my Tesco Clubcard just gave me a Disney+ free for 3 months offer.
I've signed up and will later check the termination details.
It's the "with ads" service, so I'll see how intrusive they are.

Is it similar to the free Apple TV trials where you can cancel via your online account rather than having to phone up? I had the 6 months Apple TV deal and did the same as yourself, it ran for the full 6 months regardless of when you cancel.

Why on earth are you paying full price for HD? My deal is no where close to the best deals but I'm still only paying £4 for HD and £1 for UHD.

Because that's what my sky account is billed at - my fixed price deal expired 5 months ago....
