Waited three weeks through cancellation and only got sms saying to review my options and two emails offering £28.50 for sig + cin with full hd charge on top.
Through both phone and chat only managed to get HD for free and admin charge removed this time and removed cinema so sig + hd for £21.50. No where near as good as I got last time or what you managed to get, as Slalom asks above was it by email or was it phone, chat.

Same for me, each chat different and every offer they send is the best offer they can give and will put a smile on my face despite them knowing it is more than I was paying before, its laughable.

I make it clear from start I won’t pay for HD in this day and age so any deal offered to stay needs to have that removed otherwise I will continue to cancel, same for stupid admin fee. It was the signature they would not budge on so as I don’t really watch cinema just removed that to make it cheaper than I was paying last time, as said, there loss of money as far as I am concerned. Just annoying they can’t be upfront honest about giving different people lower prices, only after proving it do they come back and say, oh, each account is different, which is still a load of you know what. May go back and re-cancel during the cooling period and see if I can get that signature price down.

ive been offered ultra fast 150mbs broadband. 50% off £18 for 7 months then going up to £41. They said I ‘might’ be able to get another offer after 7 months. Declined as 18month contract.
