I gave my notice last week. Logged in to the chat, was put through to the win back team. I have a Q box.  So without full cancellation I was offered:
    Sky signature + Sky sports complete package + HD = £41.50 + £20 admin
    Sky signature + Sky sports complete package + Sky cinema + HD + UHD = £49.50 + £10 admin

I thought they were quite good offers without having to completely disconnect. I took it.
Going on what other customers have been offered those deals look very good - you must have got an agent who had some flexibility on pricing ! - I'm paying £43 pm for the first option - considered that a very good price when I renewed.
  • I posted my offer a few weeks ago… but then they messed up my billing so I had to get back in touch with them to fix. In the process I added Sky Cinema. This is my new deal…. 18 month contract.

    Sky Signature: £13
    Ultimate TV Add On: £4
    Sky Cinema: £8
    Sky HD: £5
    Ultra HD £0

    Total: £30.

Very happy with this. Anyone got better?

That looks like a decent deal. That's what I had until today (got disconnected today) and was paying £36 a month. Would consider staying if they offered that.

It's actually miles better than anyone on here has got all this year, except one lady who said she had made a complaint about something. The lowest I've seen on here for Sig is £16, and that was only a couple of people, with a few getting £17 and most paying more (sometimes considerably more). As the poster above said they messed up his bill, I do wonder if again this was treated as some kind of complaint / special case / compensation, hence being only £13 for Signature. Otherwise it being so much cheaper than anyone else has got doesn't make sense.

    Ok I got

    Sky Signature £19
    Ultimate TV £6
    Sky Sports HD £10
    Sky Cinema £9
    Sky HD £6
    Ultra HD £2
    Multiscreen £7.50

They wouldn't waive the admin fee of £20 this year, said it was against policy now but but I did manage to get an extra Sky Q Mini box for free (worth £50) which offsets that fee

The original deal I accepted was…

    Sky Signature - £14
Ultimate TV Add On - £6
    Sky HD - £5
    Ultra HD -£2
    Total: £27.

I called this number 0333 7594451 which was on a leaflet I received with the boxes to send back my Sky equipment. It’s gets you straight through to the WinBack Team.

Then they messed up my bill and in the process I added Sky Cinema and I’ve ended up with this deal…

    Sky Signature: £13
    Ultimate TV Add On: £4
    Sky Cinema: £8
    Sky HD: £5
    Ultra HD £0
    Total: £30.

You have to play the game with them. The original first offer (before they messed up my billing) on that number (0333 7594451) was £43… Then that went down to £37… Then £30… Then £27. The agent kept putting me on hold to ‘check with my manager’. Every price she gave me was ‘the lowest I can go’… but then it magically went lower when I declined. There was also a £10 fee which she said was mandatory and ‘strict policy’ but when I declined she was able to credit that money back if I accepted the deal.
  • Mine was going up from £41 to over £60  for signature sports hd and multiroom.  I had the review my options message and is still the same. It disconnects in 2 days.
I dont think I can be bothered with this song and dance every time , to just get something reasonable.  I wonder if sky tv has just become a habit and convenient.
I have a firestick,  so think I will put now tv on it , as and when I want the add ons and see how it goes.
I am hoping I wont miss sky q and be free of it .
  • I had a message to ring them as disconnects tomorrow. Was offered signature , sports, hd and multiroom for £53 or £34 without sports.
I didnt take it , still thinking of using firestick and now tv instead.
  • They currently offer new customers SIGNATURE at just £16 for 18 months - so why can they not offer the same deal for existing customers - this is what I really hate about sky..

If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.

Do you know how much multi room and hd is for new customers. Is that skyQ you for £16 signature ?
