Do you mean www.sky.com? You can login using your details and see some "deals" customised to you but be prepared to be disappointed!antuk said:There used to be a website you could go to once you were on notice which had some re-joining offers. Does it still exist and does anyone have the url handy?0 -

Hi all,
Been lurking for a while as gave notice to Sky a few weeks ago and due to be disconnected next week.
Currently paying £36 a month for Signature, HD, Cinema and Multiroom. The renewal price was initially £49, they then reduced to £45 at which point I gave notice to cancel.
Received a black Friday email yesterday with an offer of Signature for £19 and Cinema for £5 for 18 months. Not sure if this is a good deal? Will need to find out what they can offer Multiroom for too.0 -

Just spoke to them and they've offered the same package for £37. Told them to swivel (not literally). Said I'd only be happy to pay £30 a month. They said they'll log with their supervisor and see if anything else can be done in the next few days.ppjj29 said:Hi all,

Fully prepared to leave and go to Freesat if they can't meet me at my budget, don't watch enough of Sky to justify it tbh.0 -
Offered me £11 instead of £15.MouldyOldDough said:

Getting so sick of this rigmarole every time the contract is up for renewal. So near to just sacking it off altogether, even if they offer a decent deal

Can you contact winback these days? I thought that was an outbound team only and if you called in the best you got was retentions (even if you ask for winback)mits999 said:

Hi Folks - I have been on the phone to retentions today :-
This is what I have been offered for Sky Q renewal
Sky Signature, broadband, (superfast) multi room and netflix = £65.50 plus a £20 admin fee (been able to haggle this off in the past but they are telling me their policy has changed and they dont do this anymore)
Am I in the right ballpark? - we were paying £59 for the above - I can get it for £58.50 without netflix as an option.
I did get through to Glasgow as my first call a couple of weeks was to India and they were not able to offer anything better than the £80 pm that things were going up to
We want to retain the dish as internet is not that great in our area and wouldnt want to rely on the internet connection for TV.
Thanks in anticipation of your help.0
