My tv service was disconnected for 2 weeks and the telephone and broadband was still active

What were the 'bad' offers you were given? I have tried Live Chat 3 times now and have got absolutely nowhere this time around. Only interested in TV but the best I have been offered so far is double yours!

I phoned them not live chat but I did have broadband and landline which they renewed I think the advisors get commission on the tv + broadband and landline so more eager to give a bigger discount 

The commission structure for the advisor for renewing tv only I’m sure is quite low so less favourable to give a big discount

Been overpaying as stupidly didn't do the whole cancel and get a good offer last time - was on £63 for signature/kids/ultimate/hd/uhd/multiroom. Cancelled via live chat yesterday and got offered same package but at £49 for 18 months - seen similar for cheaper so confirmed I wanted to cancel. Will feedback what I get offered
