Ok, have just got off from Sky Chat online with a new deal i'm happy with. All Sky Q 2TB with 4 mini boxes(Already got)Signature 20HD and UHD FreeUltimate(Netflix) 5Multiscreen 10Sports 14TV Total £49Ultrafast Broadband 100 Mbps Guaranteed £27£10 Admin charge(Tried my hardest but wouldnt drop this-they already took £10 off-should be 20)So total cost is £76 per monthI believe I scraped every last drop out of them.It took a good few hours over 2 days, and one thing to note is TV and Broadband are completely different, you get no better deal doing them at the same time.Thats me done for another 18 months!!sky signature £17
Netflix ultimate £5
Kids £2
HD £3
67mb broadband £25
multiscreen £11
I forgot to ask them if the multiscreen then included the supply of a new mini Sky Q box which I returned a few months ago after dropping multiscreen. They didn't mention sports even though I queried it.
I think they move the discounts about so there is no one price you can say is the base price. This seems to be the best we can get, especially the ultrafast broadband, i am super happy with that

Have the old Sky Entertainment + HD for £18/mo, recently (2mo ago) negotiated parents to Sky Signature + HD for £17 with no admin fee.
Just got offered £20/mo on 18 month for my account as offer expires next month, have cancelled and will wait near the end to see if they can lower.1 -

Joe9090 I literally just phoned up the new customers line. Not sure how good a deal it was but it was the best they could do. They also gave me a £20 bill credit actually. BT TV equivalent package was £10 cheaper but the BT box is so useless.0

ax1999 Thanks. Those prices with the bill credit look pretty good to me!0

Wonderkamp said:I had the usual merry dance with Sky yesterday. Best advice has already been posted.
1) Call the retentions number and say you want to cancel
2) Let them try and change your package/offer you their "best deal".
3) Hold firm and say you still want to cancel, and will check your finances etc. They will formalise the process and say you have 31 days to change your mind.
4) Wait half hour or so, log into the website, go to the "mydeal" page and there you will have better offers than what retentions can give.
I ended up calling them back and they spent an age trying to match the web page offer but eventually threw in Broadband Boost as part of the deal.
They told me to take advantage of the deal as they couldn't recreate it??!?0 -
Anyone any idea why the www.sky.com/mydeal link no longer works? Was working last few days but when I attempted to log in today to avail of an offer, the site no longer seems to be working. Is there any other way to navigate to these offers when you log in on the main Sky site? I can't seem to find them.0
