    Signature £15
    Sports £19
    Kids £1
    HD £2
total £37 had been £43 so happy with that although I know sports could been cheaper from what seen on here if put cancellation in.
Complication was wanted to add UHD and Netflix premium so they did that for £7, so paying same as before but now have them so can live with that.
Can you tell me which number you called please?
Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.
  • I am in my notice period and have put in a cancellation request. On sky.com/mydeal
I get the message "It looks like we are having a problem with your request."
I noticed the URL at the top has this at the start
    www.sky.com/shop/select/pending-cancel/ineligible?c=9VFE.................
Maybe I am ineligible for any deals. I'll try again in a few days.

  • What have people be offended for broadband?
  • I noticed there is a broadband deal for superfast   £28:50 with anytime calls on health service discounts
  • Granted a few months ago, but managed to get Sky Signature and HD for £14p/m, on a 18 month contract (took a lot of haggling!)

Then was offered Superfast Broadband at £19p/m for 18 months, which I've just taken too.

Relatively pleased with both offers, got the TV offer 2 or 3 days before disconnection...

Did you cancel the broadband before getting this deal? It may be a silly question but can you cancel with them and take a deal on the broadband without losing connection? They scared me a bit with disconnecting the line when I threatened to cancel, it sounded irreversible?

    thanks!

Did anyone get a decent deal for adding BT Sport?  I was offered £22/mth 18 mths or £25 monthly with no contract (cancel anytime)  If you have multiroom it's better than getting it direct from BT as you can watch on all your boxes

I was with a different supplier for Broadband before switching to Sky so hard to comment on that. You should be able to haggle when in your notice period though?
  • When I call the departments always say closed, what is the number to call for broadband cancellation
