Been with Sky for 5 years and currently on a rolling contract.
Currently paying: Sky Box Sets: £45, Sky Sports Complete Pack: £28, Sky Sports HD: £6 & Sky Cinema: £6. Total: £90. Separate Nexflix Subscription at £8.99 and BT Broadband with BT Sport HD: £82.65. Total outgoings for the month: £181.64 (which I know is extortionate).
Decided to speak with Sky on Chat to either cancel or see if I could consolidate everything and reduce my monthly outgoings.
I was offered Sky Signature: £20, Sky Ultimate TV: £5, Kids: £2, HD: £6, Complete Sports HD: £21, Cinema: £8, Multiscreen: £8, BT Sports: £22 & Superfast Broadband:£20 Total: £112 with £20 Admin Fee.
Cancelled as didn't think it was a good deal.
Just wondered what your thoughts are? and what I should be looking for?

Feel like I’ve had a nightmare doing anything.
My mums package is around £80
£42 TV
£27 essential broadband
£10 sky talk extra
We tried to get a better deal, the broadband is stupidly slow compared to the next one up - and she’s paying the same price out of contract.
I saw the new customer offer, stated I couldn’t get that, even if we left it would take 12 months..
Best they would offer was signature package for £76.. (don’t think that was including the extr call minutes. I balked and said I’ll look elsewhere.
I normally use chat but find the chat impossible lately to get on.
any advice?0 -
