    My £15 sky entertainment + hd + kids deal was getting increased to £26 from next month.  They couldn't offer me anything so i cancelled. Hoping for a call back or the sky q box is going back

    Don't wait for them to call back, try using chat, speak to different people at different times of the day, winback department e.t.c

    Fifth Anniversary 1,000 Posts Name Dropper
    My Sky Q contract is up on the 10th Feb. I logged in today to check on something & there on the welcome screen is an offer saying if I renew today & agree a new contract I will save £8.50 on what I am paying now, which is Sky Entertainment with Ultimate on demand & HD. So I will reduce my monthly payment to £33.50 from £42.

    With Sky Q - 18 month contact - Admin fee refund as credit. I was out of contact and no longer had Sky - about 2 months ago.
    Signature £13 SD
    HD £2/3 cant remember exact,
    Sky sports £12 HD

    Only call, facebook messenger and sms.
    I sent them a fb message 3 days ago they havent even read it yet

    If you've got an email or letter from them, it will have details on how to contact them to take out the offers. If you don't have a letter or email yet, then the offers won't be available yet

    Reply i got. They offered me £20 for signature + hd so i said refer me to winback team.
