    I put in cancellation for a friend a week or so ago, and mydeal is offering
    TV
    Sky Signature£19
    Sky Sports
    £14
    HD
    £1
    Ultra HD
    £2
    Which seems good, but I have Sky Q and multiroom already, if I accept the offer with the accept button does my Sky Q carry on and what will they charge for multiroom?
    Also I'd like to add broadband but can't see anything on the mydeal page to do this, what would be the best route to take?
    Thanks
    If multiroom offer is not showing on mydeals page they would charge full price for it think its £10 to £14 a month, for broadband id recommend "now broadband" its cheaper and you get free anytime calls
    Thanks, If I click the 'Take My Offer' button does it instantly accept, or will it go to another page to show a full breakdown before it applies?
    I'd also like to add BT Sport for them too if possible.
    It usually accepts straight away but sky manually process in with 3 working days, I would suggest taking bt sport out separately i got it down to £13 a month
    Thanks, did you just negotiate the £13 with Sky after on their chat?
    Yes over the phone first price they quoted was £15 which I declined then they offered £13 told them that's what bt were charging me

    Any add on you put on afterwards they keen to do as they get commission of some sort

    I’ve been reading this thread for a couple of days, very helpful!
    My previous package was £36 per month;
    £25 Signature
    £6 HD
    £5 Netflix

    I called up to cancel and was only offered £3 off, so I asked to cancel. Within 15 minutes I had an offer waiting for me via ‘my deals’;

    £15 signature
    £2 HD
    £6 Netflix
    I took the offer!

    Phoned them they gave me this.
    £18 the usual
    Plus £5 for ultimate tv add on & £1 UHD because he said the netflix needs UHD addon to be able to use 4 screens.

    Got the £10 admin fee waived too
