Negotiated my contract for £89.50 a month for the below package prices.
Sky signature £17
Sky kids £2
Sky Multiroom £8.50
Complete sky sports £18
Complete bt sports in hd £22
Sky sports hd £2
Sky broadband superfast £20
Didn't take much negotiating tbh, so i'm sure someone else wanting similar packages can get it lower with a bit more fight.

What sort of deal is the going rate for BT sport on sky?
Sky Signature - £12
Ultimate TV Add on - £4
Sky Kids - Free
Sky Sports - Complete pack - £2
BT Sport - £25
BT Sport HD - Free
Sky Cinema - £11
Sky Sports HD - £2
Sky HD - Free
Ultra HD - Free

I just find this whole process so tedious. This year I have been offered:
Sky Signature £25 (from £30)
Kids £2 (from £5)
Sky Sports HD £22 (from £30)
£49, down from £66.95 (I was previously paying £31 for the same package, until that offer expired a few months back!)
And I am supposedly a 'platinum vip'. Its just beyond me why we have to play the same cancelation game every 18months.

I've been with Sky (in this contract) for 7 years - my deal for this package at £86 per month - terminated 14th October and been back periodically but offered some fairly bad deals (Always £80-£90). Asked them to also look into an upgrade to Sky Q and got offered this:Sky Signature - £17Sky HD - £2Sky Sports HD - £14Sky Q Multi Screen - £10Superfast Fibre Broadband & Phone £27
18 month deal - £70 per month. £0 activation or install for the Sky Q & Mini Box.
I went via the 'reactiviation' web chat for this0 -

Currently have Sky Q 1TB box and paying £13 for Tv about to increase to £25 (£30-£5 online offer).
Emailed Sky to cancel contract (mysky@sky.com) and received no confirmation that it had been actioned. So tried the chat text service and was offered £15 for Signature Tv and new Sky Q 1TB UHD box almost straight away. Tried to get HD added but Sky would only give it free for 3 months and then would charge £6 month.0 -
My Sky is due for renewal in January 21, so I went on the online chat to inform them that I was going to cancel. I pay £55 per month at the moment for Entertainment, Kids, Netflix and multi room but reduced my package cost immediately to the following.
Signature £17
Multi room £8.50
HD £4
Ultimate TV Add on £4
Netflix £4
A £10 administration fee was added but credited to my account with a further £1.50 discount so my £55 package is now £36 per month. Broadband was also offered for £20 - I didn’t take it, though. They offered their switching squad who absorb up to £100 for any early termination fees with a current provider.

Our sky package present package is up in mid dec....told partner to phone chat this week as think Sky will feel they have us over a barrel pre Xmas....not had any notification yet but thought now was good time to approach them....if they mess partner around like last time he says he will walk (nearly an hour before they even quoted) he told bloke he had enough !!
Doing it early will give us time to sort something out.
Can I ask will they look at retention early or not!!
Can see from above type of price we should aim for.
Also any phone number that isn't high charge out there or direct retntions0 -

I need to get my package reduced. I am on the basic internet, and need more speed for kids games, working from home, you tube etc.
I am out of contract and currently have the following:
TV Original - £27.45
Broadband and Talk - £31.55 [Line Rental £18.99 + Broadband Unlimited £14.01]
A total of £59 a month.
I don't need netflix. We have a 4k Tv, so maybe HD /UHD would be nice but my 1TB SKY Q box is not compatible with UHD. Would they send me a new box if I upgrade to UHD? What happens to the programs recorded already? [Maybe that's for another thread]
Any help appreciated or suggestions on what I should expect. Don't need movies etc - just the basic - Signature.
For the internet whats the fastest speed sky can offer and is this better that Virgin or maybe 5G home internet?
Thanks in advance.
