Sky TV retention deals ( post your haggling successes )

I had sky cancelled last year end of august.. Have been getting the come back to sky mails for a while now.. got in touch and was offered the below -
Sky Ultimate Pack, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema, Sky Kids, Ultra HD , 2TB Sky Q Box for 18 month contract at £40 .. they would not budge on the £10 activation charge but all other charges were waived.. what I found surprising was that they have to send an Engineer to reinstall the services which i think is a waste of time as the Dish and cables i used from last year is still available which was used for Sky Q as well.
Make £2019 in 2019 Challenge - £272.48/£20190 -
Been a Sky customer for 22 years and a early adopter Sky Q Multiscreen. I submitted my cancellation notice about 10 days ago and this is the offer on my "reviewmyoptions":
Sky Signature & Ultimate TV £31 £21
Sky Sports £30 £10
Sky Cinema £19 £5
HD £6 £1
Ultra HD £4 £1
Total £38
but there is no mention of Multiscreen so I presume that would be £14 - maybe down to £9
So expected cost of £47 for 18 months or £564 a year
I have no interested in renewing though. For one thing, I would be stuck with the v1 Sky Q box - (Sky refuse to replace it on its audio lag issue alone)
With Sky stuck in the past with minimum 18 month contracts, high cost, little to no original quality content and almost no value add, Sky has just completely lost its appeal for me.MFiT-T3 #149: {Q4/14} (£46,447)-->(£0) ~ +£46,447=100%

I got Sky Q today and the installer took my old Sky HD + box away, he said Sky refurbish them as not any more new ones are being made.0

So the Sky engineer stole your Sky+HD box - nice!MFiT-T3 #149: {Q4/14} (£46,447)-->(£0) ~ +£46,447=100%

It did belong to you - Did he take any other of your personal possessions?MFiT-T3 #149: {Q4/14} (£46,447)-->(£0) ~ +£46,447=100%

Finally upgrading to sky q. £41 per month for 18 months - everything minus sport plus 1TB UHD box and 2 mini boxes free and free install. My original sky+ contract was up in December so would have been looking to upgrade anyway.0

Mine was everything for £38. I just wish Sky would treat everyone fairly and the same rather than just trying the exploit their customers for as much money as they can get away with. Trust is earned, not a given.MFiT-T3 #149: {Q4/14} (£46,447)-->(£0) ~ +£46,447=100%
