Offered signature £15pm for 18 months with £50 credit and new sky q box.
Also said all old recordings will be transferred to new box when card is swapped and new box installed !!0 -
Renewed contract on an old Sky HD box, NOT a Sky Q box.
Sky Signature
Sky Sports (complete package)
Sky Sports HD
Sky Cinema
Sky HD
18month contract, £38 p/m. They got me for the £10 admin fee but also applied a 1 month credit of £38 too.
Been with Sky for 20+ years and had started to cancel before the Retention Team called to offer the above deal (around 4-5 days after I had called to cancel). I suspect I could have got this lower but I was happy with the deal.0 -
I didn't think that was possible ??daidai said:Also said all old recordings will be transferred to new box when card is swapped and new box installed !!0 -
Good price - only £3 pm more than I'm paying without Cinema - must be over 60% discount on "standard" pricing!!RedSoxLox said:Renewed contract on an old Sky HD box, NOT a Sky Q box.

Just wondering what’s the best deal anyone has recently been able to archive for:Signature, Netflix, Kids, full Sports HD, Cinema, UHD, HD & Multiscreen with 1 mini box?
Currently Sky Q contact is ending in 2 weeks.0 -
It's not. What are the advantages of the Q box over the old ones ? Is it the same user interface ?brewerdave said:

That's a good price, is that with HD?daidai said:Offered signature £15pm for 18 months with £50 credit and new sky q box.

Best I could do last week was Signature for £17, HD £2 so £19. They offered me a free Sky Q box upgrade but I chose to keep going with my HD box, it is the 2TB box and I have a lot of recordings to watch.. advisor I spoke to said they could not be transferred. Might have been tempted if the transfer could happen but i don't think it is possible.
I was tempted to ride out to cancel but I have sky mobile and I'm in the middle of my contract. Was reminded it would cost me £10 to keep unlimited calls and texts! Got me there. I'm going to try and move away from sky mobile when contract finishes so I can be free to get the best deal with TV, no strings attached.
You also did well getting a £50 credit! I got a £10 admin charge to get new deal!0 -
I didn't accept the deal as I prefer a 12 month contract. HD was probably extra and there would be a £10 admin charge. You would, of course, lose all the recordings if you change boxes and I'm not sure what advantage the upgrade to a Q box gives if you only need a basic PVR facility.opas said:

I've got a similar contract that's fast approaching renewal:m19rts said:Best I keep getting offered is £55pm + £10 admin free for all the packages (except BT sports) with 1 mini box.- Sky Entertainment -- £19.50
- Ultimate On Demand -- £12.00
- Sky Sports - Complete Pack -- £11.00
- Sky Cinema -- £5.50
- Sky Sports HD -- FREE
- Sky HD -- FREE (I receive Ultra HD)
- Sky Q Multiscreen Pack -- £13.00 (I have 1 mini box)
Bill total -- £61.00I assume this is what you have (maybe even more as I don't have the kids package). Are you getting offered £55pm +10 admin for effectively the above?
