Does that include sports in HD? If so, £31 for effectively the whole caboodle, is excellent.Fluffybunnyabc said:

Is that £31 for everything or is it a different amount when unpaused?Fluffybunnyabc said:I’ve been with sky for over 3 years since Martin posted that £30 a month for full sky q package. Each 18 months I ring and the most I’ve paid is £39 for entertainment(now signature) sports and movies and hd.
went on my deals on the site and they were rubbish. Went on several chats on Facebook messenger and the best they could do was £47 a month with £20 admin. The admin fee is a joke and why should we pay them for us to be loyal?
Anyway I canceled and 1 day later I went in here and read a tip. Went on sky.com/mydeal and there it was, come back to sky
£15 for signature
£1 for hd
and also added movies and sports which I will pause when the next bill comes for £15 for both
total £31 a month for 18 months.
Very happy, although they have stuck a £10 admin fee on sneakily that wasn’t mentioned but I’ll sort that.
so cancel and see how you go, the deal said I would get a email confirmation which I didn’t and forgot to take a screenshot but two days later I have the email now and checked my future bills so all good.

Waiting to cancel now to see what comes through in Mydeals, as what I have seen is decent, but not as decent as other posters! Not sure how it is generated!?0

It usually is, but I cancelled on Saturday and the My Deal link has nothing. I checked out of curiosity because unless I get some sort of amazing offer, I'm content with dropping Sky. I'm not sure how Sky determine who gets offers and who doesn't, so some people may need to wait for it to go off before a WinBack deal comes along.TheGame21 said:
Wow, that is good. Seems cancelling is the way to go then.Fluffybunnyabc said:

She would always like to say,
Why change the past when you can own this day?0 -
I think it definitely seems the exception rather than the norm. I will be handing my notice in but won’t be banking on anything and will go down the other route with streaming services instead. Will miss sports but not worth the price.Lambyr said:

Do you have Q multi room? I do and starting to think that I need to renegotiate my current £64/month for what looks like the same package as you've got...Fluffybunnyabc said:

I know this is a bit of an old thread but be warned if trying to get through to them. They offer no phone contact now unless you can confirm you are an NHS key worker, or have a Government letter to say you are at risk.newatc said:
You need to get through to them to cancel. it's a crazy non-customer friendly system.brewerdave said:Your TV deal is independent from the broadband/phone so you can just cancel TV part?
My bill has gone up substantially even though I should have had a month or two left on the agreed terms, they will not take my call and warn that if you use Live chat you might wait 2 or more hours. I am on live chat using the option 'cancel subscription' and am about 50 minutes in on my wait now.
There is no other way seemingly to cancel at the moment, I am sure you used to be able to cancel direct from the account, but it no longer seems possible.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thank you, I am now chatting (albeit it at a snails pace) with live chat- the deals on offer are all considerably higher than I have been paying and rep says he can't get them down- but has gone quiet again at the moment. I am insisting on cancelling but he keeps suggesting I wait while he finds if there are any more deals.50Twuncle said:soolin said:

I am coming up for 3 hours now - so when he next comes back I will just insist on getting confirmation that I am cancelling , and probably follow it up with an email to the address you gave, thank you.
Then I'll see if they come back and offer me anything when my cancellation is actually due to take place- last time they came back to me with about 6 days to go.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
