Seems a good deal, sport particularly! How did you get the package offer?

Initially my renewal quote came up to £77 - called them and they would only reduce to £68.
Then passed me onto the retention team who would only drop the price to £49.
    I cancelled my contract.
My box was due to be cut off in two days time, so I tried my luck through the live chat function on the website and was offered this deal with no haggling whatsoever!

Well done, I'm out of contract and waiting for a good offer for a Sky Q box but not good enough yet. They want me to take 'good deals' on my old HD+ box, but I'm not taking an 18 month deal on it!

How long does it normally take to start getting offers after cancellation?
Wishing everyone the best of luck for 2020 ☘️

I had an offer on the tv straight away but it was rubbish. £20 entertainment package. Went on live chat after a couple of days and got £79 worth of tv packages for £48. (They said £51 but lowered it again when the deal couldn’t be put through and they had to do it the following day.

Sky ents, cinema, kids, HD, ultimate on demand and multiroom
  • My SKY ended last week when I moved across to Virgin Media.nThey have just emailed with their "We Miis You Already" email.
In the email they offered Entertainment, Sports & Movies for £34pm. Box sets £1, Kids £1, HD £2. 18 month contract with one off £10 fee. Too little too late SKY.

I'm a couple of days away from the day to give Sky notice! My package is due to go up from the current deal @ £35pm to £71, and I'm not going for that!
Which phone number is the best to call currently??
